Wonderful staff here!! We had to go through a very difficult euthanasia a couple weeks ago and they were very kind and understanding. Even sent us a card in the mail, which I thought was so sweet. Our elderly german shorthaired pointer loves all of the nurses here, they are the ONLY people she will let cut her nails. ? THANK YOU so much for all you do!

Samantha is amazing! She's helpful, VERY sweet and professional! She went above and beyond to help me with all of my needs and I'm so thankful for her! Every workplace needs an amazing employee like Samantha!

We feel we are visiting family who happen to be the vet and her staff. They pay special attention to each and every pet. It not a fake reaction they truly love our pets like family.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They're also very straightforward with pricing. They make me feel like I'm not being scammed into something my pets don't actually need, like our previous vet.

I've had 2 of my fur-babies put down at this vet. One about 5 years ago and one yesterday, 2 totally different experiences. Both of my fur-babies at the time of their passing were 15 years+ old. The one I had done 5 years ago was so caring and empathetic, I really felt like they cared. The one yesterday felt like a total money grab and it was disgusting. I don't know what happened to this vet but it sure isn't the same vet I came to love and trust. It truly is all about how much $$ they can make in your time of need. I will be looking for a new vet.

An amazing office that truly cares for pets & people! I took my cat in on very short notice and they were SO HELPFUL and could treat her the same day!! What a blessing to have people who work so hard to give pet owners reassurance on really tough decisions. THANK YOU!!!!

i don’t typically go when we bring our dogs to the vet so i’m not sure if this was just a bad day or if it’s normal but today i had to put my 16 year old dog down and we brought him here. the receptionist and assistants were amazing right off the bat. i felt very comfortable considering the situation. The vet, however was rude right from the moment she walked in. she made us first feel like our option wasn’t the correct one with a following “ i can’t make your decision for you”. she was very rude and unmannered and just completely through my mother and i off track. if your job is going to consist of grieving families and sad moments like we had to face today, i feel as tho you should know how to treat people who are already mourning. not only did i leave sad because i just lost my bestfriend but i also had to feel hurt by the person putting my dog down. i’m not sure what her name was but i’m simply not impressed. we didn’t need or deserve the attitude.
