Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. The staff is beyond rude and blatantly don’t care. When my pharmacy closed my prescription was transferred to Walgreens, when I filled my prescription they filled in in Traverse City. When we went to pick it up in Whitehall we were rudely told the script wasn’t there and they were completely out of insulin and couldn’t fill it there. We are still waiting for Walgreens to call Walmart so they can transfer my script and get me my LIFE SAVING medicine.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have encountered. The staff at the pharmacy is rude and do not care it takes them over a week to refill an RX and that you are out of it. The staff member cared more that they closed in 25 minutes then trying to get the prescription filled. Have gone way downhill at this location. Other locations have Rx refills ready in 1 to 2 days never a week or more.

Constantly had to tell them to rerun my script because their system Constantly changed my meds from brand name to off brand which my insurance would not cover. The last straw was when walgreens said i needed some paperwork before my insurance would cover it. My insurance company had the paper work, and approved the meda. Walgreens system still said my insurance company neeeded the paper work. My insurance company had to call and argue with them. How bad does your system have to be for the insurance company to have to call you and you still say no. Never going back.

This is the third or fourth time I've had prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy is a disaster on every level. They are incapable of entering info into their system correctly. They make mistakes when filling. The wait is several hours long for a single medication. I stopped in o e hour after a prescription was sent electronically because you can't count on their automated system to actually work and I live 20 minutes away. After waiting in line for 9 minutes it was my turn and the tech told me it would be 5-10 minutes and asked me to wait at the side. I stood to the side to wait. They called my name but now there were 5 people ahead of me in line to drop off prescriptions. They did not let me check out - I stood in line waiting for 7 minutes and the exact two people who were at the counter when I arrived were still there with the same five additional people waiting ahead of me. I have a book on tape going so I opted to go to my car and do the drive thru so I could listen to my book and not feel the same frustration at the ridiculous line. I've now been in line outside for 9 minutes and the cars have not moved. I'm not a pharmacist but I am a mother of five grown children who has dealt with Rx pickups for years elsewhere and this is relentlessly the worst pharmacy service I've experienced. I wish I could say this was an isolated event but it just symbolizes their terrible service. A few months ago I had theee Rx to pick up and it took FIVE separate trips into the store. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could

When you need help with a problem, do not walk away from this pharmacy...RUN The help here is less than zero and will cause more trouble than help.

So… maybe about six months ago I left a one star review for the pharmacy. I don’t know what was going on with them but every time I went it was one kind of hassle or another. I continued to get my families prescriptions filled there because they were open the latest, and it was the most convenient despite the troubles. All that being said - in the past six months they have gotten it together. I don’t know what changed, but whatever it was, it was definitely for the better the people they are so helpful and nice and if there ever is any issues, they are so quick and willing to fix it or help out as best they can. I’m so impressed and glad to change my review to 5 stars.

I wish there was some sort of way to give negative stars. I hate this place so much, they’ve screwed my stuff up so many times that I would literally pay real money to give this place a negative rating.Every time I have to get a prescription filled for my kids it’s like… I know it’s going to be a hassle and I know that there’s going to be issues and problems and the prescriptions will not be ready when they say they are and I’m going to have to make multiple trips because of their errors. I just left there and once again I’m headed back home because of their mess up and I’m going to have to turn around and go right back. It’s so bad it almost feels like it’s on purpose.

Sent text saying my script was out of stock but on its way. Been 11 days without it. I had to contact them to find out it would be the middle of the month before they get it! Rude customer service every time

TWICE IN THE LAST COUPLE WEEKS THEY HAVE SCREWED ME AROUND. FIRST THEY BLAME THE CALL CENTER FOR TELLING ME WRONG... HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK i AM THAT i DID NOT KNOW THAT i "WAS " TALKING TO THEM.... AND THEN i CALLED EARLIER AND THEY SAID EVERY THING WOULD BE READY TO GO IN 909 MINUTES... DRIVE UP THERE AND THEY HAVE EVERY THING SCREWED UP AGAIN. AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY TOLD ME BECAUSE i ONLY GOT A PARTIAL SCRIPT YESTERDAY... i COULD NOT HAVE IT NOW... AND THEN THEY LIED ABOUT THE GABAPATAN ALSO.... AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IN THE LAST MONTH OR SO THIS HAS HAPPENED == TIME TO START COUNTING OUR PILLS TOO..

Some of the women in the pharmacy department act really snobby. They don't seem to be friendly and act like they have contempt for their customers. Especially at the drive-thru. I've never really had a welcoming feeling each time I've been there.

They really came through with same day photo prints after Walmart lost our graduation announcements. Now I get all my photo prints at Walgreen's and they're done super fast.
