When my mother started having trouble hearing, I took her to Sonus. I was concerned that she would not be able to operate her hearing aids, as she is easily confused. The Specialist there, Kim Cordle, took all the time he needed to teach her how to use her devices, and what changes in her hearing to expect. Wow. A really great experience!
