PNC is always a great bank. I just wish they would reopen the Mackinaw City branch. One of the best advantages of PNC is their great variety of locations. With that being said this Whitehall branch and its staff is awesome.

I took a check to the bank and I was told to go to Wal-Mart to cash it, because I only have a smart access account the bank can't cash it. I told the lady I wanted all of it but $100.00 put on my card and she told me again to go to Wal-Mart to cash it and if I wanted money put on my card to bring back the cash. How sad that a bank can't cash a check!
