Bought a Ram truck from this clown. Within a week transmission was shifting funny, Kurt told me " it was just sticky and was normal for these trucks". A month later transmission stopped shifting out of 1st gear and left me stranded in Detroit, $3500 later I paid out of pocket to have fixed...
After this started noticing headlights, dash lights, instrument cluster lighting started to flicker, after weeks of trying to figure out why this was happening, found that the TPPM (fuse/relay box) was bad... So another $300 later I fixed this issue.
After that realized the brakes were gone and the rear shocks were blown out along with the track bar end link.
Kurt tried selling me a warranty, saying I will need it for that truck. Lol. (Him knowing there were issues with the truck).
Selling me a warranty knowing this truck had major issues is insurance fraud right??? Lol.
About 8 months into owning this truck the steering went out, repair estimate from shop was over $5,000! The truck needed the entire electric rack and pinion replaced, the part alone was $3000.
I put this piece of junk, that Kurt sold me up for sale after all of this!
Took it to a Ram dealership, trying to trade it in, they ran a history report on the truck, came back a Canadian Vehicle, milage was not accurate, the truck said it had 75,000 miles but the history report showed truck being serviced at 160,000 miles in Canada! Lol.
LONG STORY SHORT, Kurt sold me a lemon for over $30,000! cost me over $7000 in repairs and when I traded it in the value for this truck was only $19,000! ... DONT BUY FROM THIS LOWBALL SCAMMER! Scum like this is why car salesman have bad reps

We were looking for a second car and the first place we stopped was Whitehall Motor Sales. We met with Mr Smallegen and there was no need to go anywhere else. We were shown the vehicles that matched our needs and budget without any pressure or attempts to upsell us. Everything was explained in great detail and we were left knowing we made the right decision.

Me and my wife had the best experience buying are new car here at Whitehall motors. Ben Smallegan was the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with he worked with use and made sure we had the best experience we could have ever asked for went in not expecting to drive away that day and we did. He walked us through everything and didn’t mind are 2 month old who was ready to go home. Me and the wife will be going back for our next vehicle!

First and foremost, Kurt Bonner is a genuine "car guy"... I have been buying and selling cars for myself for 50 years (I was born a "car guy"). Quite rare when I purchase from a "dealer". The few dealers that I have consummated deals with have been pleasant. Kurt Bonner is the G.O.A.T.. Kurt is all about the customer experience, an "ideally" perfected mixture of integrity, passion, knowledge, intuitiveness, and quality "applied" to transcend the customer/prospect to a state of "wonder". Certainly, the reader will be their own judge. For me, if one is VERY, VERY lucky, one will experience a dealer as fulfilling as Kurt Bonner/White Hall Motors but NONE better!

Went in to see one of the advertised Nissan's he had. Worked with JD and Kurt both, as it was JD' first day. Both were helpful to get answers to all of my questions. Had a problem with dashboard lights, and Kurt spoke with the NAPA manager, and they have been working on getting the problem fixed. It was a no pressure experience, which I have found to be a refreshing change from other used car lots. I have only had the Nissan about 3 weeks, and will be taking it in to have the issue taken care of as promised by Kurt. So far happy with my purchase and how I am and was treated.

Saw a car we liked on their website ~1-2 weeks ago, was in our price range. Drove over 10.05 to check it out. Met with JD, who was fairly new, but... treated us with friendship, respect, and told us he didn't know details just yet, but would def find out the answers.Took it for a test drive - Loved it! Went inside to start on paperwork w/ JD, and also met with Kurt (had talked with him earlier this summer). We also had a trade-in, and Kurt offered us a fair market price for it - We finalized the deal.Came back on 10.06 - - JD had paperwork ready for signing. We went over the particulars, and drove away with a VERY nice upgraded vehicle for us (10 yrs newer) - Detailed and ready to go, I might ad (Mark does an awesome job next door!).We felt very comfortable - never felt pushed or swayed - Both Kurt and JD were 100% upfront with pricing, info, and fair with what what we got for our money.If they don't know something, they'll find it out for you. Great little family dealership - Very much recommend!

Kurt Bonner Whitehall Motors is a great place to buy a vehicle. Kurt Bonner is fantastic. Honesty and integrity are key. You will get a good reliable vehicle at a fair price. Along with your trade (if you have one) you will get "top dollar" for that too.If you let him, Kurt Bonner will treat you like family, and that's rare in today's buying market.
