We bought all our furniture to furnish our new home in Shelby Michigan, 49455. Marcy was very cold to me from the time I met her, my husband was fine with her. She knew we just moved from Ohio and had NO furniture. We bought 20,000.00 from her, after four weeks, I called, no information on our 6000.00 bed. Find out today it’s been there all along, and they apparently waiting on our guest bedroom set before delivering!! Are you kidding me? I’ve been sleeping on the floor and an air mattress for over 4 weeks!! I made my request clear when we purchased. Phone call today, no apology, but promised to deliver tomorrow. I thought Bells was the perfect store, prices, selection but this experience made me realize after the sale is done, there is NO follow up, ugh. I do not recommend Bells, only because of Marcy and the commission she made from me.?

The Italian leather couch we purchased at Bells furniture was packaged when we picked it up and we didn’t unpack it until we got to our home which was more than 500 miles away. The leather we purchased was a very light Carmel/cognac color but the couch we unpacked was very dark brown. When I spoke to “Bob”, our salesman, he tried to convince me that the company only offered this couch in one color. It’s not like we can pack it up and return it easily, we live 10 hours/ 500+ miles away. Bells/Bob never offered anything to make it right. I even would have accepted an apology, but never got any follow up. My advice would be, unpack your purchases right in front of the sales person before you leave the store. I’m never shopping there again!

Spent 1 hour with salesperson Mark. Very helpful and very friendly. Gave me lots of information on fabric and how furniture will hold up during the coming years. Priced everything out so I had ideal what I would be paying. It was a little over my budget but I am considering it...love the store.

WoW talk about top notch variety and service. One thing I can't stand is a pushy salesman or being neglected. Even though I dress like a bum and don't look like I have a dollar to my name we were treated with respect no matter how much anything cost. Our salesman Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever need anything else I won't waist my time going anywere other then Bell's. If you plan on going there get ready to get your steps in because this place is deceptively huge.

We arrived just before closing one night expecting to rush through the store for a quick glance. Instead Dylan greeted us with a smile and eager to assist us. We told him what we were looking for and he was immediately on it and showed us a few selections. We didn't expect to find anything that fast with things being hard to get right now. Its been awhile since delivery and we are very pleased with our couch and recliner. If you need furniture Bells is the place to go.
