“This review is for parts and service. Never bought a vehicle from here but have dealt with sales. Not sure I would purchase a vehicle from them. The guys in parts know me by name and are always friendly and give me the best price they can on parts. Service has always fixed my issues in a timely fashion and they don't trash my vehicles.”

“We bought a used car that had an undetectable camshaft issue that required the timing chain to be replaced. They did a great job, but unfortunately, there was an undetectable oil blockage that caused damage to the new timing chain and necessitated a complete engine replacement. Viking was able to find a used low mileage engine that our extended warranty would cover. What was really fantastic is that Viking covered all the costs of the replacement that the warranty didn't cover. We are now Viking customers for life!”
