Linda was very helpful planning our Cancun getaway! She was available to answer all of our questions as well. We went with one of the 3 selections she provided and couldn't have been happier! My little group enjoyed the vacation (Resort - Secrets the Vine). The resort service was top notch. Transportation both ways was great with Amstar.Thank you Linda

Linda helped us to book a wonderful all inclusive trip to Cancun. She took care of us every step of the way. This is the second time we have used her services and we will come back to her every time. Couldn’t be happier.

The resort was small, not what i expected as it it run by a company called "Epic" that pushes very hard (2 hours to the point of rudeness and me in tears) for you to become a travel member, or buy a condo (that you can use on a limited basis, gift, or resell). Total number of rooms/condos = 93. All-inclusive was not really what i expected as they only offered 1 restaurant with a very limited menu all week, the second was closed Monday, privately booked Tuesday, closed Wednesday and Thursday and finally open Friday, Saturday & part of Sunday. Closed again Monday. There was one bar downstairs, one upstairs but it frequently was closed or closed early. Each bar had 6 chairs, very small. My first evening there the bartender asked my name, then made a comment in Spanish adding a prefix to my name to the other 3 male bartenders/servers there...They all laughed. When i looked it up on my phone, the new name translated to "suck me + my name" which i found not only embarrassing, but unprofessional. The other restaurant was Italian, just opened, dinner only by reservation and smelled so strongly of garlic many, including myself, could not tolerate it. The resort caters to couples and owners, everyone goes into town at night and the resort empties out including the lone "Romarley" restaurant, which played the same, nonstop Bob and Rob Marley reggae soundtrack so loud you could almost not hear the ocean or talk at a reasonable level. Most there were owners who ate in town, but as an all-inclusive guest why would i pay twice? Everything offered had an "extra fee" and if you didn't tip for every bar order and meal, you were left at your table for long periods of time. It was clean, it was new, however i don't plan to ever return to this or another resort owned by this company. I would not recommend it. On the plus side, the people in town are friendly and the town is safe day or evening.

The resort is beautifully landscaped and well maintained, our suite was spacious and very clean and cleaned well every day of our stay, the mini fridge was stocked daily and stocked with some extras we requested (I was in the room 2nd day it was being stocked and asked for a couple of things and they stocked what I asked everyday after that). All of the restaurants we tried had VERY GOOD food and exceptional service, an empty glass or plate was taken within a minute or 2. Entertainment each night was good and a great variety of daily activities and all lots of fun. The staff is VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, and ALOT of FUN!!! VERY, VERY happy with this vacation from the time we left the airport until we came back. Highly recommend this resort and the travel agency All Smiles, EXTREMELY HAPPY clients!!!!!!

We just went to Jamaica for 6 days and had a blast! It was our first trip out of the country, and Linda handled everything flawlessly. Between normal first time questions, and covid restrictions questions, Linda found everything out timely and accurately, while keeping us up to date with changes. The resort itself was incredible, and I couldn't recommend All Smiles Travel Agency or Linda enough!

The best customer service I have ever had while traveling was with All Smiles. Linda and her team monitored my flight status while I was flying, even in the early morning. (5:00 am ) We had a delay on the way home at 11:00 pm and she sent a text checking in and asking if she should find another flight for us. (mechanical problem with the plane caused the delay)I would recommend All Smiles to any traveler, they are the best!!!!

Linda Anderson has been a great asset in my travels. She helped my daughter when she was wanting to travel during college and I always knew she was looking for a safe place for them to stay. When a large group of us when to Punta Cana for my son's senior year spring break, at check in the resort tried to tell us they were full and that two of the families needed to go to one of their other resorts. I was very adamant that we were not leaving our friends, but Linda got on the phone and reinforced what I was saying.....sealing the deal for our group vacation. She has booked other trips for us, including an Alaska Land/Sea tour that was fantastic!! I could probably book these myself, but it's much more fun to go on vacation knowing that Linda had my back in the pricing, location, logistics, and troubleshooting!!!

My wife and I were wanting to do a trip out west. Talked with Linda from All Smiles Travel. She asked us alot of question about what we wanted to do and see. How much time we had. Then she made all the arrangements for our trip. She found us great places to stay,book tours,made flight and car bookings. Took care of everything. Then during the trip she kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. She was there to take care of any issues. Thi vacation was the best. Stess free from planning stage all the way through because of the great job that Linda from All Smiles Travel did for us. Went to Vegas and Hoover Dam/Grand canyon then to Yosemite, Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore. In 2 weeks planned it out perfectly for us to enjoy and see everything we wanted without feeling stressed or rushed. Great agent equaled a great trip.
