These people are fantastic for all my needs. I started out with checking/savings account, and when I became disabled they were there for me to help roll over my 401k into an IRA. They are always polite and extremely helpful in every aspect of whatever life throws at me.

The staff are great. However, Omni has been very under-staffed for too long to be fully functional or convenient. Staff up, please, and ditch the answering machine during business hours.

Not the old Omni I always enjoyed and hasn't been for the past 4-5 years. Lack of convenience and ability to obtain loans that previously were easy to get. I have been 1 credit point away from a better interest rate twice and it was pretty much an "o well, you want it or not?" I will say any questions I've had for Christine, she has been very helpful and others have been great at messaging back on the app though. This is a review of Omni as a whole, not the White Pigeon location.

Its just new in W.P. but there branches in Sturgis, Centreville, White Pigeon, Three Rivers, and Ķalamazoo. The people there are friendly and helpful. They have a handycapped accessable restroom,entrance, parking lot, and drive through banking.
