I had a fantastic shopping experience at Waterfall Jeweler’s in White Lake. I had been working with Melinda to deign 3 bracelets for layering. She provided me with stress-free, no pressure customer service. Her knowledge of the jewelry business, her willingness to make sure I got what I wanted, her design capabilities all made a lasting impression on me. I will definitely be back to Waterfall for all my jewelry needs. So glad I found Waterfall & Melinda!!

Amazing customer service! I came in wanting an anniversary gift for my husband and unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for in person. They didn’t hesitate to get on the phone and have my item overnighted to the store. I also had a mountain of jewelry that needed cleaning repair and so forth. My jewelry has never been cleaner and the cost to repair a few pieces was so affordable with a quick turn around time. I will be a lifetime customer!!!
