“Fleet feet in West Bloomfield is a great store. I loved the foot evaluation with their machine. It’s simple you just stand on the machine and then walk on this pad. This eval gives you the best possible shoe matches. The love that there were a lot of shoe brands to choose from. Not to mention the young man Andrew was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the shoe brands. I love that this store carried the insoles I needed as well! It’s a one stop shop. It was a great experience. I plan to shop here in the future as well.”
“Genuinely one of the best shoe experiences I have ever had. I originally came in for a pair of oofos and unfortunately they didn't sell them. She did however sell shoes that helped with similar issues and had me take a seat. She measured my foot and then told me to hang tight. She came back with 4 boxes of shoes and I was genuinely shocked. All of them where a perfect fit and I walked out with a perfect pair of shoes the Brooks ghost max. I unfortunately didn't get her name but on my receipt it says T. Thanks again will be back soon”

“Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.”

“Cashier helped me find the masks I wanted after another employee told me Dunham's didn't sell the masks I wanted. Thanks you again to the cashier there on 10/19/22, I have the masks I wanted. Last, I went first to the employee and I showed him where the masks were so he would know next time to go look instead of telling the customer they didn't have the black masks I wanted.”

Each of them were very helpful and gave me recommendations on the skate board, trucks, wheels, or snowboard boots that I was looking at. They also have a lot of dope shoes on sale. The music also slaps. Whatever playlist they use, it’s working.”
