I had to go back into a store after the corporate AT&T phone service team wasn't able to help. I explained what had happened to Tricia who was able to sort it all out. Honestly, 5++ stars for Tricia.”
“5.14.24 I took my old I phone into the store because I was unable to transfer the date, I have to admit I couldn't follow the directions and I was frustrated. JACOB welcomed me and did all the transferring. I was amazed at how quickly he did it. I would still be doing it if I hadn't gone in. He explained what he was doing and told me if I had any questions or concerns to come back. He was very knowledgeable about things and I felt so happy when I left. If you need a new phone go see JACOB. I give him a 10+. Thanks Jacob.”
“Yesterday I went into the White Lake location I needed to buy a new phone. I was worried that I didn't have enough time to get a get a new phone because 8 mouths ago I got one and it took an hour and a half to get it. So I went into the store told Marissa my situation told her I had to be to work in less then an hour can u help me. Marissa had me done fully setup in 35 minutes. The customer service is amazing. Thank you for the help you did amazing.”
“Excellent experience this evening. Had an iPhone 12 Pro Max to trade in. Both of the employees who helped us were very helpful. I had many questions and a couple complicated requests, everything was answered or fixed by the team. Ended up trading in the 12 for a 15 Pro Max, the team set up the new phone, put the screen and camera protectors on for me, and got my phone completely ready. I was able to use my phone as I walked out the door!Highly recommend this location!!PS- Bonus: if you need to wait for your data to be transferred or family to make a purchase they have a couple comfy chairs and direct tv set up. :)”
