Bought a smoker free delivery free assembly with purchase had to call to set up delivery cause they sent me notice item was ready for pick up. Smoker was deliverd still in the box. Way to drop the ball should a went to home depot

I BOUGHT A KOBALT TOOL SET THE HALF INCH DRIVE RATCHET WAS BAD AND I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO REPLACE IT FOR ME PLAY WILL HONOR THE COBALT WARRANTY .
NO LONGER WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS THERE ! THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER PLACES THAT SELL TOOLS AND WARRANTY THEM !!!!

Warning, Lowes will not honor rebate offers, will not give an explanation why, and you have no recourse.
Offer- buy an appliance worth $599 or more, pay for basic installation and the installation will be rebated back to you.
All criteria was satisfied yet they won't honor the rebate. $200 down the drain.

So...I stopped in to the Home Depot in Auburn Hills yesterday to pick up a new dishwasher. They were rude and unhelpful so I left and drove over to the White Lake Lowe's where they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new dishwasher and installation and removal of the old appliance scheduled and 10 % off of the entire transaction as well. Lowe's you've just guaranteed all of our future appliance business. Thanks for getting it so right!

I love those but sometimes their cashiers always seem to be moody and I'm very bubbly and happy and to deal with an old grumpy person who doesn't want to be there is kind of upsetting especially when I'm super excited to get plants I'm never type to be rude to cashiers because I work in the service industry myself and I know how brutal it can be and I always go out of my way to be as kind and thoughtful as possible.
Other than that the indoor cashiers and customer service people are phenomenal just seems to be an issue with the outdoor cashiers

Normally i have praise for the store and its employees. I own a business in white lake and often buy chainsaws, power pole pruners, blower and a ton more. So i bought 4 Husqvarna items and all needed repair from new. i go in and complain and they say we cant take it back it has gas in it. delays me further to the point i am out of the return window and now they told me that i should go elsewhere and that they are phasing out the husqvarna items. SO no warranty no refund no returns ran off and really pissed off. the pole saw was over 600 and the chain oiler has not worked since i got it. the rancher 450 wont stay running and wont start unless you have the throttle open. the blower has a grommet in the gas tank that just comes out and gas spills all over. none of which they will warranty or fix now appearantly. so i am going to try and return all of it as if you sell it with a warranty then run me off when i try to get a repair i dont want to do business with you. I also have both a lowes advantage account and a lowes business advantage account. I am paying off them both and closing them. I will not buy big ticket items from you again. this was a deal breaker. i bought these in good faith and they are damaged or not working right and no one will help me get it fixed. .... ON MY BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT.. furious right now. veteran too. this was a huge negative on lowes and husqvarna and I will now purchase elsewhere and a different manufacturer. as of now you have violated my good faith and damaged my sincere impression of lowes. also the automated system answering your phones is infuriating. so i went in to talk to a manager about it they said it would be 20 minutes as they were busy. I am stunned at all of this. like that was 1600 dollars in equipment they scammed me out of fixing the brand new stuff.
At this point i would be better off buying some used equipment.

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy a Maytag washer from White Lake Lowe's. We purchased a top loader without the aggitator last December and it had multiple error codes within a few weeks and quit working early January. It took SEVERAL weeks to get a repair person out and they rescheduled several times and each person who came back said it was a different problem every time. Everyone who came out said another part needed repaired. After they replaced so many parts, they told us to call Lowe's and demand a refund. After leaving multiple voicemails and finally speaking with the manager of the appliance department, she promised to contact Maytag and get back with us but she never did. So we kept calling Maytag. After they extended THEIR OWN MAYTAG warranty, Maytag said they would not replace the washer because small parts got sucked into the filter (the appliance repair company told me the Maytag lead designer chose to remove the screen on the filter to save costs on their washers). The manager at Lowe's NEVER called us back (5 months into this mess) and we had to keep calling Maytag to see if it was resolved. So now we are out about $600 and still don't have a washer. Do yourself a favor and do not buy any appliances from Lowe's. They do not back up the quality of their products and will not call you back. Lowe's has lost a longtime loyal customer.
