Returns are absolutely horrible. Staff is uneducated in their job process. Not helpful at all! I would totally give this store ZERO stars. Outrageous prices and rude staff. Never shopping at another Khols again

Kohl's deals are ridiculous they have a comforter they say it's worth $500 when it's only a 39.99 comforter and then they put it on sale for $79.99 just buy your stuff from Amazon save your money

I had a great pleasant shopping experience. I was passing by the shoes and an older woman on the floor asked If I needed help finding anything, I didn't catch her name. She was very helpful, as I made my way to the plus size shirts section a store associate woman named Dani was very helpful. She took the time to look up a shirt I had trouble finding. I found some amazing deals. I was approaching the check out lane and the cashier I had was Sondra, she was so friendly and kind. Store was clean and organized. Friendly store associate's as well.

Clothing on shelves is so messy one cannot find what you are looking for. Quite often you cannot find the size you need. Only able to find 2 items to buy. Next stop JCPENNEY. Clean, tidy found 6-8 items to buy

It was my birthday and I wanted to go shopping. I had 30% coupon and I had a great time shopping. Everybody’s friendly store is clean and I know where everything is just had a good time. The cashier was very fast prom. Very friendly nice
