Waited in line today for 15 minutes only one person in front of me and one customer with the ONLY cashier, 4 deep behind me, I politely ask the cashier if she could call for assistance, she replied “I did” waited another 5 minutes and no one showed up, so I walked out! It’s like this every time I go in there! I will drive down the road to hobby lobby and never visit this location again!

I found what I needed on line but when I went into the store I couldn't locate it. The women cutting the fabric was helpful and knowledgeable. The checkout line was long because only one person was working. However, the young man working the cash register was doing a good job and was friendly.

This JOANN'S was moderately busy but the staff that was working was pleasant and helpful. Store was pretty clean also.
