“I can't stress enough how awesome Mr. Brewis is. We all had to deal with the repercussions of Covid and how difficult life has become in so many different ways. I lost my Mother in August and witnessed the medical care being very poor and forget trying to establish a primary Dr. Mr. Brewis went above and beyond just establishing Auto insurance he was available every time I had a question. You actually can SPEAK to a human being! Mr. Brewis offered me knowledge on things not even pertaining to insurance . He is uplifting, knowledgeable, available, patient, friendly to much 2 list ! The world needs more people like him. We're busier than ever and Mr. Brewis is dedicated to helping in anyway he can !!!!! He has been such a blessing ???‼️”

“Cora-Lee was very professional, polite and a hoot to talk to! We had been with AAA for 20 some odd years, and was getting no where with them and couldn't even get our agent to call us back! She called us due to an email I sent, got our information and the next day we had new insurance that was over a $2100.00 savings! Thank you so much for all of your help! And then we decided to change insurance companies, and this company jacked out of $800 that the State of Michigan was giving back to residents, and because we decided to change insurance companies, they screwed us by cutting our insurance 1 minute before the end of the last day for the refund!!!! So therefore, forget my previous comment, as the will help you until they have to give back what is owed. Stay away from Safeco Insurance, they screwed their customers.”

“I contacted Tim's office to inquire about windshield replacement as a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. Within 5 minutes of me sending the text Zach responded and answered all my questions. Within a half an hour everything was taken care of inclufing the repair company calling me to set up the appointment to replace it. I was extremely satisfied with Zachs outstanding customer service. “Incredible staff, always quick to answer and each member of the team has amazing communication skills, bought my first "new" car and my insurance was 600 a month! “Amy is exactly the type of person you want as your insurance agent. She came to my house to meet face to face so we could discuss the various options for my current policies and other options which may be of use. After an excellent conversation we were able together to put together appropriate adjustments to my policies that were relevant for me at this point in my life. We did financial tradeoffs between potential higher levels of coverage and the additional cost, and also made some adjustments on the downside to save me money in areas that were no longer relevant to my situation. She is friendly great conversationalist who has a lifetime of knowledge in the industry and she won't upsell you beyond what you need. As I said, some areas we reduced my coverage. She truly wants to ensure you are properly covered for those moments in life we all hope never happen, but alas they do. I sleep better knowing I have competed a comprehensive review and reset my needs to my current life and financial situation.”

This is definitely not my first rodeo with insurance companies. I am a brand new customer with AAA and your office. An accurate review would not be just from the first day experience. When I said I would update my review in 6 months, it was not solely directed at rates. When I do my reviews I take everything in consideration. In this case (after 6 months), of course it would be rate increases, customer service at your office and customer service at the 800 number. It would also apply if I had any claims and how it was handled. Thank you again for your time. Keep up the good work guys! I could very well be a customer for life.”
