Needed a quote for a pursuit of a claim and they were $700 more than what the dealer quoted. You heard me, $700 over the cost of a dealer. Outrageous... I left without saying a word.

Scott and his team at Highland Road Collision did a great job repairing my truck after a collision and had me back on the road ahead of projected timeline in about a week. There was a minor wiring issue that popped up with a fog light after I got the truck back and Scott took it right back in and fixed it immediately for me and even washed the truck. Very impressed and would certainly return in the future.

The customer service at this shop is completely lacking. Pre-repair while you are waiting for parts to come in the shop doesn't update you or what anything to do with you when you call in. I was talking with shop a month before the actually repair happened and these guys are cold and not help from the start.
The repairs done on my car are fine, but I feel like there are additional scratches on the hood of my car that were not there before. I believe they came from a grinder (google grider dust danmage, it says they are a rust colored with videos), but the shop insist they are from rocks which I disagree with because there are far too many (more than 100) and I keep a good eye on my car.
When I informed the shop of the scratchs they told me to come in and they would take a look at my car. To come in before the shop closed, so they could look at my hood I had to leave work early to get there before 5 pm so unpaid time for me. Unpon arrival I was greated aggressively and told I don't know what I'm talking about. I didn't just take off work and to be treated rudely and be yelled at by someone who had alread made up their mind before I got there that they would not be helping me. I found this behavior completely unacceptable you don't get you yell at people just because you disagree. Don't recommend this shop based off thier horrible customer service alone from start to finish
