Stopped in today to check tread life of my tires since I am planning to do some trips in the near future. Joey quickly measured tread depth on the tires, then recommended the tires for my vehicle. I thought they would be extremely busy today since it was just before the holiday. They had a spot open for me so I decided to get it taken care of today. Great job Discount Tire!

Awful awful place I had gotten a flat tire probably for the fourth time in four months and I had gone to this discount tire and they told me that they were putting a tire on that was not exactly the same as my other tires. I went to go get my oil changed two days ago and come to find out they put the wrong size tire on my truck and actually charge me for it and never said anything and I had to sign paperwork at my dealership that said it was unsafe so somebody doesn’t care about People safety at discount tire. I’m not sure if this is them taking advantage of a female or what exactly it is!

Picked up some new tires here last week. Some of the best customer service I've ever had - and seen.
The staff actively walk to the door to open it for potential customers and ensure you're taken care of.

With an appointment, got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time (1/2hr) for a tire rotation and balance. Highly recommend having an appt., walk ins were told could be 2 hours or longer.

Always amazing service. Everyone goes above and beyond for service. The price is competitive and the protection plan has saved us multiple times. Had 2 flats within a short amount of time and they got me in pretty much same day for each. On the day that I got a 2nd flat I had other appointments and asked if I should just come back on another day and Dylan went out of his way to ensure that I was out safely with a working tire that day and also helped with a missing lug nut. I really appreciate the above and beyond service that they consistently provide.

Honestly I was surprised at how quick and inexpensive everything was. I pooped 1 tire and ended up getting two for what I was planning on paying for the 1 and it took 25 minutes so I am extremely happy!! Oh and thanks to Camerin and the boss for inviting my dog Devin to come inside and relax while they did the work, that really meant a lot to me. They gave him some love and both of us left happy!
