Great staff! Mel was a pleasure to do business with. I walked in intending I y have to buy 4 new tires but asked if my one flat could be checked for repair. The also did me a favor to check the rotar and dust cover for damage because the tow truck driver who came to put my donut on dropped my car. Good news no damage, tire was able to be patched & Mel made sure I was taken care of to the point of not charging me. Mel & Belle tire made my last couple of crappy days so much better! We'll definitely be back! Thank you Mel!

Asked to make an appointment for a simple tire repair. Waited 30 mins and was told it would be another 2 hrs. Never again will I buy tires at belle tire.

Caution run, go anywhere else. Their tires are defective, their wait time is ridiculous, and their employees are rude, condescending, and need to be fired, Especially Mel Frick.
Go to warehouse tire down the road, much better customer service, products, warranties, and wait time. Plus they actually care, and stand behind their products.

Dont do business with these people These arent Mechanics these are just people trained by belle Tire had a couple alignments done the guy couldnt get the wheel straight ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else go to a real shop for work done these are amateurs

Surprise ethics in an alignment issue. Had the vehicle put on the "rack" to determine if it needed an alignment. Policy is that if it doesn't need an alignment then you dont pay for the check. Alignments are a normal routine of car maint that one does from time to time. The tow on both tires were off the same degrees in the same direction. I had them aligned and paid the $100. But driving the vehilce home the steering wheel was not strait. Returned to the store and the next tech put them back to the orginal position where they started from with both tows back the other direction, with the same degrees. So I didn't need the alignment to start with. The second tech did express his displeasure of the first techs work. A refund was not issued by the sell guys in the lobby. This is an Ethics issue. Contacting corporate headquarters did not get me a responce. With so many other opertuntiies for maint, why go to a known poor ethical company? #sucker
I did appreaciate the second techs ability to find and resolve the created steering issue very quickly.

My scheduled appointment time was kept and the timeframe honest and realistic (2 hours). I was notified at each step. When it turned out that I needed work that I was not anticipating, I was walked through what HAD to be done for safety, what could wait, and what my options were at each turn. The staff was patient and kind and set appropriate boundaries protecting my (scheduled in advance) time from those who came in demanding immediate assistance.
Upon return for the follow up work, because I needed to split it into two trips, I experienced the same level of professionalism, care, and practicality. I was told what length of wait time to expect, since this time I came in without an appointment, and that timeframe was both accurate and reasonable (30 minutes to get my car in and then another 1.5 hours to do the job).

I have to wonder how Bell Tire rates 4 stares? I'm looking threw these reviews and half of them are bad. I've also dealt with them on several occasions and was left far less than satisfied, once I was treated right years ago at one of their stores in Southfield Mi however today I was infuriated, I was going to meet somebody to pick up a couch I bought and my small trailer had a slow leak and had gone almost totally flat, I spoke with a heavy man with a black beard, I said I had an emergency and was on a timeline and asked very kindly if he could help? He could see I was stressed and it almost felt like he was enjoying the situation and said I have other appointments before you I need to honor with a sarcastic grin on his face, I said please I would really appreciate it if you could help me, it just needs a plug and smiling said sorry like I said I have other obligations I need to honor first like I'm going to sit there while they put tires on 4 or 5 cares just to get a plug that would have fixed my situation in 5 minutes. I'll never do business with them again, this was the last straw, oh and by the way my tire was totally destroyed trying to get home so now I need to replace it, had to go rent a trailer and was over an hour late picking up my couch, thanks again Bell Tire, won't ever happen again. Wouldn't give a star if it wasn't required to post this.

The people at Belle Tire in White Lake on Highland treat you just like family. They really take care of your vehicle as if it were their own vehicle. Everything is explained before any work is done. You know the price right up front. I purchased 4-Michelin Defender 2 tires 235-65R18 and they really ride nice and are very comfortable and quite. I was able to get a very good deal online before I even went to the store location. The tires were also in stock and no wait time. Thanks everyone at Belle Tire for once again taking good care of my vehicle and my family. You are appreciated.

Wife came to Belle for a flat repair immediately after leaving Discount Tire across the street. Discount Tire advised that the tire was beyond repair and tried to sell her a new one. Belle took her in and repaired the tire free of charge in 15 minutes. Great people here!

I have been using this location in White Lake for over 20 years. Bruce taks good care of me like he always does it was a wise choice to make him the manager. I’m sure he will do a great job for the company. Also, it was a good decision to bring Jason upfront. I do know everyone of the managers at the location and each and every one of them has treated me fairly.

If zero stars were an option, this is what this location would get. My husband got a flat while he was at his physical therapy appointment. He called up there to see if they could fix the tire the same day, and they said that they could. We get there, they tell my husband that they couldn’t get to it. Tell him no call like that ever came through, and that’s not something that they would’ve said over the phone. Basically telling my husband that he is a liar. I went off on the whole freaking treating Customer like that, Called corporate and file complaints with the state and the BBB. We took it to Discount Tire. across the street and were in and out in 10 minutes. They were a lot more personable and friendly at Discount Tire anyway. Don’t let the free air fool you, save your time and energy and go to the competitor across the street.
