I’ve shopped at this location several times and always received great customer service. However, today the staff (Diana) and two other employees were very rude. They did not greet me and my sister when we entered. They didn’t even bother to ask if we needed help after being in there for 5 mins, and we were the ONLY customers in the store. They spent the entire time having a personal conversation amongst themselves at the counter. When my sister asked if they had more of a particular fragrance left in their plug ins, the associate rudely cut my sister off and responded “nope, it’s gone”. Not once did she offer to look to see if another location had the fragrance in stock nor did she try to offer another similar fragrance in their store. We left immediately! We refuse to patronize a business where the staff can’t even offer a simple greeting. And yes, we did take this to corporate!

Beautiful store with excellent selection, however the staff I've encountered on two separate occasions were extremely rude.I love BBW and will continue to shop there products just not at this location

I came in for the deals but didn't know that they only carry, a small amount of scents in the store. Was a little upset by that. Other than that, everyone who helped me was very polite
