“I’ve been a member with Genisys since I was a teenager (I’m almost 29 now). I’ve always been super happy to have them as my credit union. They really do care about helping you with your financial situation and hearing any concerns you may have. So far, I have not encountered a branch of theirs that I didn’t like. The White Lake branch in particular though really stands out to me because of rep Lauren LaBelle. She is super awesome; not only because she is enthusiastic and really cares about her job, but she’s also a very compassionate, caring and understanding person. I came to the branch earlier today and expressed to her how I was struggling heavily with some financial burdens that I had caused myself and she listened to me thoroughly, never judging me one time. She encouraged me to create a plan for myself, to remain strong and focused; even to find work that brings me real peace and happiness. She truly is a gem. Thank you Lauren and thank you Genisys for all you guys do for me and for everyone! Keep up the great work!”

It was quick and easier than Chase, and to my surprise, they were running a promotion that could increase my bank account up to 250 dollars. Connie was the one that helped me. “I moved to a job that did not offer direct deposit, so over the course of the past two years I have been to the bank more times than I have in the first 30 years of my life. However, I can say that working with the staff at this location has been incredibly pleasant. They are always helpful, and about a year ago when I found a truck to buy on a Saturday, I was able to call and make sure they would still be there so I could withdraw the money on short notice. Many other locations are pushy about sitting down with a representative and signing up for some new credit card promotion, this location mentioned it The first time I stopped in and after that has respected my time. I am grateful for that and will always choose this location for that reason.”
