Bought a lift here. Good people to work with. Mark and Lisa are nice and good people. They’ve built 2 sea walls for me , sold me a boat lift and presently storing my boat.

I just had a Seawall done in Dec. of 2023. It was a little bit of a wait to get them on the job site, but it was worth it, and I understand that each job site they go on has individual challenges so it's hard to have a fixed date for the project. I went with the thick galvanized sheeting because I want it to outlast me, plus it blends well with my neighbors. Foreman Rob and his crew did a fantastic job, better than I was hoping for. The workers tried really hard not to disturb the yard but with all the heavy equipment, that is nearly impossible not to. They made an effort to fill in the low spots in the yard so it will look decent come springtime which I appreciate. I do recommend them, just pack your patience and the overall project will be worth it. Also, I did have a few estimates for the job and their pricing was fair.

Hired them to do a seawall and it was a complete disaster. To top it off they refused to make it right or even acknowledge there was a problem. Don't use them.

The booth rep at the Suburban Showcase Fishing show refused to give us a brochure OR EVEN a business card when we showed interest in purchasing a paddle boat. He stated that he needed to keep some for the next day which was Sunday…. The show ran from 10am to 9 pm on Saturday (The busiest day of the show) and it was noon. ?. I was left assuming it was because we were African American as the point of the show is to promote the business and what it has to offer. Hard to believe they decided to stop handing out brochures 2 hours into Saturdays show. Sucks for American Marine Shore because now they will never get my money and we have lots of it! I’ll post our paddle boat when we get it! The show was great this year and this almost ruined it for me but thank goodness for all the other wonderful reps that only saw “green” and people that love fishing!

I purchased a new Hewitt boat lift from American Marine. They were knowledgeable, precise, and helped me after the sale. The price was good and these people are dedicated to serving the customer over and above most others.

We purchased a Otter island swim platform at the show in Novi in Feb. Friends of ours ordered one as well same day. They held ours no problem while our friends was on order and we picked up for memorial day.

Parking can be a little tricky but well worth going in the store they stock most everything from boat parts to docks and all the parts you may need.

If you expect customer service not a business to use. Took 7 weeks to deal with a LSP pontoon lift issue only to get passed on to a to the Midwest distributor who then passed me on to LSP which did absolutely nothing but blame me for the issue. If I would of known not to put a wheel drive lift motor on a LSP lift I could of saved $800.00.

Great end result. Team of Steve, Jess and Kyle did a detailed, thorough, professional job. All aspects of the job were done expeditiously, team worked late and hard to finish tight 50' job in 5 days. Covid screwed the schedule but once they started, they did grea . Couldn't be happie .
