I only visit this particular 7-Eleven once in a while for the convenience of being close to home, and they are open 24 hours. Other than that, I think the night work staff here SUCKS. They aren't happy to be there or take you coupons. They started speaking in a different language while right in front of me after I showed them I had a coupon. They made me feel like they were talking about me. No matter which night clerk you get (out of the 3), they are just rude. However, I will still go there for the discount coupons I get, the slurpees, and the late night hours. So, don't expect much from the employees.

I now gave this 7-11 a 1 star as of today. The tall tan man who has been working there EVERYDAY since my last review now refused to take my VALID coupons for winston cigarettes. I have been doing this and going here for MONTHS. Until today, when all of a sudden this cashier 'pretended' like my coupons wouldn't scan. Those coupons only last for 5 minutes on my phone, and because of his dislike for me or my Fiance or just because he doesn't like us using coupons everyday....I really font know. However I do know that because of this man's negligence I lost 2 coupons. That's $5.00 in cigarettes thatI lost because of him. Now of course he doesn't wear a name tag I don't know his name but he is there EVERY DAY ALL THE TIME. RUDE!!! I could have used those coupons down the street. I will post this EVERYWHERE and tell everyone I know just to go to the other 7-11 not even a mile away. The people are way nicer and take my coupons no problem. Williams Lk Rd & Elizabeth Lk Rd 7-11 is the worst and I will never go back. Thanks dude for losing business not just from us but also from the person in the parking lot who was laughing and agreed with us. Good luck. ?

This scum bag cashier that I have dealt w/ before was accepting my digital coupons up until one day last week. It all started because I was having trouble with my phone (connection) so I volunteered to let him take the next person in line. He then kept asking me to scoot over and over again! Finally I said don't worry I am not going to run off with your items! I was holding them while i was still trying to get the coupon to work! Then when I got it working i went back to finish paying he grab the items towards himself that I set back on the counter ( as if i were going to steal them) f ing IDIOT! I could have done that when he kept asking me to step aside again and again without him knowing nor remembering he had handed them to me! I paid and that was that. Next visit same items and I typed in my phone # and he scanned my digital coupon but the price was higher I asked why and he hit a button at which time it took the price down to the price I had been paying (many times) previously so i left with NO PROBLEM! Today however he grabbed the same items and I had my digital coupon ready and he kept fake scanning it and was acting like it wasn't working!!! Piece of garbage this kid is!!! I told him he wasn't scanning it properly and that the coupon expires after 5 minutes of activation!! He REFUSED TO SCAN IT PROPERLY LIKE HE HAD SO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST AND WAS SPEAKING IN BROKEN ENGLISH TO MAKE UP AN EXCUSE WHY IT WASN'T WORKING! I PULLED UP ANOTHER COUPON (DIGITAL) AND THE FAKE SCANNING ATTEMPT STARTED AGAIN!!! I AM FURIOUS AT THIS POINT BECAUSE 2 OF MY DIGITAL COUPONS ARE NOW WASTED!!!! $10 OFF!!! $5 EACH!!! I AM SHARING THIS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS WITH MY 100,000 + FOLLOWERS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THE OWNER HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIC AS WELL!!!!!

Very rude and disrespectful! ANY BLACKS OR MEXICANS be aware entering this place the guy that owns this place isn’t friendly with us, just be cautious of your movements, The stereo type is REAL !!

Coming back from vacation taking my sister to her home at the end of the 4 Hour Drive. We stopped to use the restroom at this store and then wanted to purchase a few things and was told no they have no restroom. We don’t do that here. What do you mean you don’t do that here? Never been in a 7-Eleven that didn’t have a bathroom for public to use so I don’t know if it’s just this one certain 7-Eleven or I’ve just been in nicer ones that actually, you know are considerate to their customers and allow them to use the restroom. Obviously we didn’t stay to make our purchases because we needed to find somewhere to use the restroom and bought from that store. I do like certain items from 7-Eleven better, and some that you can’t get anywhere else, but I’m not going to give my money to a proprietor of a business that wont allow a customer a basic necessity.

First 7-Eleven they won’t let you use your bathroom to wash your hands.Bought few slices of pizza, got my hands all greasy and ask if I can use their bathroom and they said “ We don’t have one”Not the best experience either!
