Found a screw in one of my tires. They got me in first thing in the morning before work! They completed the job quickly. Very professional, would recommend them to anyone. More than reasonable pricing, we will use their services again.

Misdiagnosed a power steering leak. Said I needed a new pressure hose. Quoted me 190 for it plus labor. I found the part online at local part stores for 25 and 35. Told them and they sent me an updated quote with it dropped down to 50. So I bought my own part. Then a friend said he'd do the repair for me for only $40, so heck yeah. Figured I'd let him do simple stuff and the garage do my more serious repairs.. well he replaced it. Leak was still there. :/ Schneider misdiagnosed it. Accidents happen, but when my friend followed the leak after and sent me a pic of what the cause was, I wanted to shake my head. A cheap hose wore and it just needed replaced/ c clamp (photo attached) A quick $5 and 5 min repair. I blew money for no reason. If they inspected it thoroughly, that would've been caught. Glad I didn't spend hundreds Schneiders was asking for.I do like they are fast at getting you in and they were more honest than the last garage I went to... But the steep prices for parts and the misdiagnosed on that, I will most likely go elsewhere to have it re inspected and repaired. So far rozemas in greenville and Holton auto garage have been the most trusting. Sad.. I love this is close to home and it came recommended by neighbor and my place of work. Thankfully diagnosed was free at least.

Misdiagnosed my vehicle. $360 in unneeded repairs they wouldn't refund me. Went to pick it up, three individuals drove it one taking it 70 mph through white cloud. After 2nd time driving it to them in limp mode all three still claimed nothing was wrong. Didn't see it on their lot the day I picked it up and found they parked it down the road not visible from their shop. Was then I found it was Damaged in several areas. They hang up on my agent. Still have not returned my calls. Worst experience ever had with a auto repair shop. $360 out of my pocket into theirs. No compassion for how loosing $360 is affecting my household

So grateful they took me in on an emergency situation for an alternator replace. Otherwise, I would have been one stranded hiker, out of luck, trying to get a tow back to Caledonia. Thank you again!!

John fixed my truck ,and landladys envoy...but he picked up my little farm tractor...kept it over two mos..promised to look at it several times ..finally he had a lacky bring it back NOT running .with a bent three point arm ..wow eh..good @vacations & mowin lawns ..no service goin on though...to many irons in the fire...

John was so awesome he took the time to fix my car within two days when he thought it was going to be a week and a half before he could get to it. He charged me a fair price to for what he had to do. I would definitely go back to him if I had a problem and I was in the area. Appreciate what you did for me John thanks a lot you're awesome. Small-town hospitality was more than I had expected.
