I am sure there is a special place in hell for people like the owner of this place. My son had a run in with a herd of deer in the dense fog and pulled into the parking lot to avoid anyone hitting his car. He called pv storage and left a message that he was going to deal with the car and the owner had it towed. Didn't even wait the 48 hour period by law required. When asked by my son what had happened to the car, he wouldn't even look him in the face.

Car broke down in the middle of the night so I coasted into the parking lot. Came back the next day after I left a voicemail at 9am explaining the situation. The manager wouldn't even look me in the eye when I arrived and found the car gone. He had it towed earlier, after I had called. Way to kick a guy while he's down. I hope karma catches up with you! If you do business with these people watch your back they have no remorse.

Clean well kept place to store things at a reasonable rate 10'x15'x8' for $75 per month for no climate control but well built and well sealed garage door style units. Easy to do business with.

Terrible customer service. They treat their customers poorly. Their storage units are not a safe guard for your items and your possessions are likely to get ruined and they don't care about any of it.
