We had a suitation where we ended up using their services twice in one day. There were two different guys and they were both awesome! Alyssa that answered the calls (not sure if that's correct, so I apologize if it isn't) was wonderful to deal with given the circumstances. Would definitely recommend them!!!

The wrecker operator was nice and the lady I believe her name was Becky that I talked to in the phone was nice and helpful when I called wanting information and cost. I think the cost was a bit high but after checking around the price was average so that’s y I give five stars because they were decent people and the price was average and the information I received was true and correct and everything about the whole process was consistent and smooth from start to finish and my vehicle was as it was when it was turned over to them. dealing with this tow company was a good experience all the way down to the gentleman that took my payment and opened the gate so I could drive my car out he even was extra helpful when my car wouldn’t start and he went and grabbed a jump box and got me on my way in no time. So even though the events of how and why I had to/ got to use Reed City Towing was unpleasant and unexpected and unnecessary I can say if I needed a tow or any other service offered I would call these guys again. As well as recommend them to a family member or friend. Thanks Reed City /Jerry’s/ Evart Towing keep up the good work!Sincerely a satisfied customer.

The tow truck driver was very kind and made the ride very comfortable. Kept a conversation and was very quick to get things taken care of.Very thankful that I called Jerry’s instead of a different company

I was at the dealership on Main Street in Gainesville and saw a driver for this company towing a car. They were super cool and let a big rig merge when it was having a tough time. It's awesome to see companies with drivers who know what they're doing!
