I just left the store in Westlande and had a great time, my problem was solved very quickly as soon as I met Kelly, she was a very kind girl, very educated and very good at what she did. the problem was not easy to solve but she did not give up until she solved it. she is the best and most capable worker I have met in my life. thank you and many respects for you. you are the best . I am rating it with 5 stars and these stars belong to this wonderful girl

I was in the store when an irate customer came in and went off on an associate. The manager Sean professionally handled the situation. Thank you Sean for being so professional because that was a very scary situation and you handled it so well.

I visited this location back in May. They offered me a promotion to get my second line for free since there were new offers to upgrade my existing line. My bill was suppose to be $105, however every month it kept going to $128. After repeatedly getting a credit and calling customer care. I decided to go to the Rochester Xfinity store where they called and was told that whoever gave me the deal at WESTLAND location, lied to me. It is very disheartening that this store scammed me just to get a sale. Even after they knew I use to work in sales & for Xfinity . I will be coming in to speak with a manager because it's absolutely unacceptable!!! Just when I thought I was doing business with professional people, I got scammed and my account messed up. I don't know the name but I'm sure it can be pulled up or if I see his face I will know who did it. 0/5 stars if I can help it. & i don't even do reviews like this but this was crazy to me.

Employee Ryan Potter was a huge help when I purchased a new phone! He was very knowledgeable and had us in and out of there in no time and he had the best attitude, very upbeat and friendly. All of the staff was amazing, Lucy was great and I wish I had gotten everyone else’s names, they were all super professional and polite.

Rude service lied to us..and told us to go elsewhere..so we left and went to a corporate Xfinity store .this location is a franchise. And they don't know what they are doing..I would not recommend this location..I wish I had the guys name.that was so rude to us...black guy tall ..but most employees there were black. We went to store in Taylor on eureka Rd..much better service..

I went to this location on two separate occasions within a two week period. In both cases, I had great experiences. The employees were knowledgeable, kind, and handled my requests quickly. I wish I knew their names so I could mention them specifically. I was taken care of immediately. I will certainly continue to come to this location in the future!
