This has been my Primary Pharmacy for almost 10 yrs. Chuck is the head Pharmacist & owner. It does say The Pharmacy outside but it is Westland Maple Drugs when your doctor has to look it up. The staff are all nice & care about you and most of them ask how things are going. I tend to over share lol. I've went to get prescriptions twice, forgetting I had quite a few more things to do afterwards & needed my insulin to stay cold & both times they made sure I got stuff to keep it cold. I still have the little styrofoam cooler. I would recommend this pharmacy above any others. Unless they'd ever close I won't be going anywhere else!

Always helpful and kind. Love having a local mom and pop type of pharmacy, they always have my prescription in stock and communicate very well!

Honestly really disappointed in this place. I’m due for my prescription to get filled today, and my usual pharmacy is on back order for another 3 days. I called 5 other pharmacies in the area, and same thing. So I called this place, and kindly asked if they had my medication in stock, as I’m going out of town and can’t wait 3 days for my usual pharmacy. He literally said to me “I mean.. yeah we have it but we really only will do that for our usual customers that regularly use us. I can’t make any promises but I guess you can get it sent here and see what happens.” Like, I’m sorry, what? Because I’m not a “regular” customer, I don’t deserve to get my prescription, when you’re one of the only places that has it in the area? Thought that was absolutely out of line, but it’s okay, because now this review is here for everyone to see how much they care about their paying customers. Do better.

I had an RX filled by the same provider and they pharmacist said he wouldn't fill his RX glad I found a pharmacy that would in Warren and they deliver so Westland I'll never go to again

Just began using this pharmacy per my Physicians advice. I'm certainly pleased with the services I've received. The pharmacist goes to a personal level with his customers. He did alot of extra work trying to find a special medication for me. Much much better service, wait time and prices than CVS or any other Corporate owned pharmacy. I highly suggest ya give it a try.
