This place is the worst place to ever live. They will scam you for your money the receptionist she has a very nasty attitude they take a long time fixing things replacing things, and if you begin to complain about it, they try to find a way to evict you most definitely have one guy that walks around the complex staring in everyone’s window. This is not a safe place to live and I’ve lived here well over four years.

Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.

I had no issues when I lived here. I really don’t know what some of these new reviews are talking about. It was a perfect cute little starter apartment. AND I had no issues getting my security deposit back.

Stay away from this place.They will try to steal your securiry deposit. No matter what. I have proof of their lies and scams!The management is horrible, and behind every decision they justify themselves with their boss( owner of the complex) who is hiding himself behind PO BOX!The place is dangerous, dirty and full of bedbugs and rodents.Awfull experience -zero stars.That place should be closed from inspections!

WARNING:Ran by slumlords that will try to rip you off any chance they get. They will try to take your $1000 security deposit when you move out.They have been reported to the Michigan Attorney General's office numerous times. Do not be a victim of these scam artist consumers.

Area is great, has a Target with a Starbucks within walking distance, neighborhood is good, and maintenance is quick and efficient.

I have lived at Westland Estates for more than 10 years now. The staff is great and I love the area! I have been here more than 10 years and as a review, that longevity says it all!

I love the Maint. guys so much. Had an issue with my fridge and garbage disposal, both resolved that day, That night my ac made noise, the next morning there were here first thing and had it repaired in under ten minutes. Maint. Guys here are freaking awesome. Decent rent and good amenities. Lived here 4+ years.

Worst place ever. I found this place randomly while out looking for apartments with my boyfriend. We saw this place and decided to stop in. We talked to one of the leasing agents and she was nice. Told us about the rent and even showed us a room. We filled our the application and paid the 40 dollar application fee. She told us someone would call us later that day to tell us how much the security deposit would be. As we waited for a call I decided to look up reviews on this place, saw that a lot of people said they had bed bugs! I called them to ask about it and another woman rudely answered the phone and refused to answer my questions about the bugs. She claimed that since I'm not the primary applicant she won't tell me anything. She then hung up on me. We also never received a call back after I called them. Waste of 40 dollars!! Don't waste your time applying here. So glad we didn't move in that bed bug infested apartment.

Lived there worst place in Westland maintainence is slow motion or don't want to work manager lived rite next to office but never in office. I will say crap place to live there. Rent is too high for freebed bugs. I keep it too clean but they still took money from my deposit. Never change anything. I will say not worth what u pay.

bed bug infestation being evicted unjustly had signed 3 leases and had problems with getting them to fix stuff and rude treatment them saying they have garbage disposals, dishwashers, and central air is false advertisement. Welcome to the bed bug hotel. LOL
