Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some... read full comment

I had no issues when I lived here. I really don’t know what some of these new reviews are talking about. It was a perfect cute little starter apartment. AND I had no issues getting my security deposit back.
