Ordered my new phone in August last year in store. I was doing a trade in. Once my phone came in the mail, I brought my old one back to the store (told I couldn’t ship it). The employees were confused and said someone canceled the trade in. Manager took the phone and said he would take care of it. He called a few days later and said everything was handled. Well now, it’s January and I have to call every single month that my bill comes in to have them take off the charge for my trade in. My bill should be $110 a month and they keep trying to charge me $279 saying the phone never made it to the warehouse. I don’t know if it got lost, or an employee stole it. Every month I am spending 40+ minutes on the phone with customer service over this, 5 months later. Can’t wait until this phone is paid off and I can switch my service.

Jacob was extremely honest, attentive, and thorough. This is my first major phone service and he was able to answer my questions and reassure me. Great personality as well! Will absolutely come back to him in the future!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THE EMOYEES ARE POOR AND WILL REFUSE TO RELEASE ONLINE ORDERS SO THEY CAN MAKE A 20 DOLLAR COMMISSION. IF YOUR POOR FIND A BETTER JOB AND QUIT WASTING PEOPLES TIME.

I want to take the time to highlight Brianna. She was amazing from start to finish! Professional, friendly and very polite. Elizabeth was extremely great this morning getting my iPhone 13 on. I tried all morning and could not get it to wake up. Once Elizabeth got it in her hand she did same thing I’d been trying all morning and sure enough she got it to come on!Thank you for outstanding customer service this morning and great attitude from you!Really appreciate all you did!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION!! From the selection of products to the rude and unhelpful staff, I would advise anyone…EVERYONE to find a different store to complete your business. There is a reason why this particular store along with Westland Mall in general is empty the way that it is. But to have to be subjected to the unprofessionalism of the staff at this store is unnecessary. For such an expensive service you would believe that Verizon would do better with training their employees. Sadly this is not the case here. They act like we’re the issue. Overcharging $30+ for putting on screen protectors and helping with setting up new phones and service lines is ridiculous. I’ll just continue to frequent the Canton or Dearborn location.

People are always helpful, I don't personally like the cell service but every time my wife goes in they are very helpful and friendly.

Changing . Only service you can get help with is New Sales. Everything else you have to call in for. Canceling items have to be called in not at the store.

I ordered a phone online for pick up and this store will not release my phone! I called Verizon and they are escalating this because they said it is no reason they should not be releasing my phone to me. When I went to the store they said they have the device just waiting for it to be pushed through to be able to give it to me whatever that mean... even a representative on the phone spoke to an employee at the store and was confused on why they won't give me my phone and everything is confirmed and everything went through my credit application went through my payment and everything was sent to the store and they can't even tell me why they are holding my phone so if they don't send me an email and let me know my phone is ready for pick up by tomorrow I'm going and asking to speak with a manager because this is ridiculous to be waiting for a phone that they have in stock and nothing is stopping them from releasing it.Update: I ended up canceling my order and picking up from a different location since this store held my phone for almost a week for no reason! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AS A PICK UP OPTION AT ALL!! Please be aware!

My son pre-ordered the Samsung 23 Ultra online. We went into the store to buy accessories. I was using my e-gift card that has no expiration date and the 1st line says can be used online and in stores.. The salesman said I couldn't use it. I told him that's how I bought my accessories from two other locations. He said I couldn't use it in the store only online.

Went up to get wife’s phone fixed. Verizon rep we had was Sema and manager on duty Jordan were hands down the greatest customer service reps we have had the pleasure of working with. Super helpful. Nice, patient and respectful! Would recommend this store to anyone! Thank you guys for everything!
