Employees will absolutely violate privacy laws, go through accounts and search for phone numbers without permission. Had to place a report with Westland PD, Maricopa PD, and the FBI for identity theft because I received unwanted contact from an employee there who found my number by searching the database.

verizon completely fraud company i am not using this sim since 2 months but still they sending me bills the exact bill was 65$ but every month they charged 105$ and the internet was so weak when i buy sim card they sold their sim 100$ and within 2 weeks they sent me bill so i completely hate this company and i will report about it

Seems every time I need something from this store they give me a reason to be dissatisfied.
A few months ago I did my upgrade online and just needed to pick up in the store . When I got there I was not greeted and I stood there awkwardly waiting for 10 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me and help .
Unacceptable. I used to work for a Verizon authorized retailer and we would never have been able to get away with that .
Then when I told the guy why I was there , his attitude completely deflated when he realized he couldn’t sell me anything .
And now today , I am doing an upgrade on another line on my plan and I needed to contact them to coordinate the pickup as it will be someone other than me (who is an account manager on the plan ) picking up because it’s their phone and I’m working all day .
So I tried to call , the number on google routes you to customer service , after 6 mins on the phone trying to just get in contact with the store , the guy transferred me . It rang and rang and rang , no answer . Like they were purposely ignoring the phone ringing .
Again something I could have never gotten away with when I worked at Verizon.
How do you have a phone store and you don’t answer your phone ? Make that make sense .
Subpar service at this store , go to another location .

First we went to Verizon in Canton Mi. On Michigan ave. We went in and asked can you turn on spell check. The 2 employees didn't know anything about it. So we went to the Verizon in Westland on Warren rd at the Westland mall. We went in asked can you get spell check on her phone. The lady there fixed it in 5 seconds. I would recommend the Verizon in Westland!

I switched back to Verizon almost 8 years ago. l pay a little more, but I'm much happier with their service. I got a great deal this time, and I love my new Galaxy S24+

This scamming place tried to charge me to transfer my contacts and pictures over to the new phone that I just bought there. The guy I was dealing with was so rude and other employees that had nothing to do with my transaction were telling me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. Valerie is the kindest, sweetest person I have ever met. She answered all my questions, because I truly am dumb about my new phone! If you need to go to this store, ask for Valerie and wait for her. She is well worth waiting for to get the help you need!

This is the Version I always frequent, they answer you questions and if they can't will direct you who to call or talk to. Don't like calling for answers rather talk to someone in America.

After leaving the e ford rd location I came here and saw Valerie. She was able to answer all of my questions. She apologized for my horrible experience at the other location and was able to provide me with the service I needed. I was able to get a complete iPhone package and have all of my questions answered. I recommend coming here. Thanks Valeria at Verizon for all of your help with my new purchase. I am very proud.
