Many customers report positive experiences, noting the store is clean, the pricing is reasonable and comparable to other thrift stores, and that great finds, like brand-new items, are available. The store promotes a sustainable way of living and has a rewards program with regular flash sales. However, some organizational aspects are noted as below average. Items are organized by color rather than size, which can make shopping more difficult. Some areas are so jam-packed that it is hard to look at individual pieces, and certain clothing racks are very low, requiring bending or kneeling. Was only given half my stuff and didn’t realize till I got home and pulled it all out. Tried to call and ask them to check if it was still there so I could go back and get it but have no way to contact them as individual locations don’t have phones.
