very good customer service. staff is nice and polite. they could have just given me only option for UPS to make more money, but they actually help me saving money by giving different choice and way to make my shipping low cost. thank you, guys, .

I had a terrible customer service experience at this store last Friday. If I could rate this service with 0 or minus stars, I would.
After waiting in line, my friend and I were told that they do not notarize documents after 6 pm. (It was about 6:15 pm.) The young main waiting on us, Cole, asked the other worker if there would be a notary in the store the next day. He said yes. We asked if he could just do it then since we made the trip there and waited in line. They refused saying it's policy that they don't do it after 6. I mentioned that they should have that information posted on their website so people don't make wasted trips. (I noticed also that it isn't posted in the store either which would have saved us time waiting in line.) Cole very rudely said to me "I don't have control over the website". I asked if he would pass along the information to someone who did have control. He replied "No". I then asked him his name and said that I would be contacting his manager and left the store. Cole was not a very helpful nor polite employee and not once did he or the other person apologize for our being inconvenienced. My friend called the next day and was told there was not a notary working so that would have been another wasted trip if she had not called. We ended up going the the Canton UPS store and had wonderful, polite and friendly service there! I will not be returning to this Westland store for any of my business. I do not mind driving the few extra minutes to Canton to receive top-notch customer service.

Very good customer service, staff is helpful. even though the notary was only with appointment, I needed it urgently and i did not had appointment, but they accommodate me and help me. Thank you, guys. you all are best and looks like they have change of ownership and looks like new owners are very nice and accommodative for their customer need. I wish them good luck and I will defiantly going here from now on.

I went to store for shipping, staff is very helpful and polite and help me understand all my option even though they were busy, he was very patience with me and help me .i will definitely using this store on going for all my amazon drop off or notary as well.

Had an Amazon return. Have had other UPS stores charge $1 to print a label, expected the same no $2. May sound dumb but we are getting nickled and aimed everywhere. I get needing to make money but you can print a label for $1 and make a profit charging me $2 for a sticker is just nuts.
Will make sure to not use your store again and if ai have to have printed go to one of the ones that only charge $1 and they'll get my other business too. Other than that staff was plenty polite no complaints with them, just this franchisee owners choice to charge twice as much as others.

This place sucks, every time Ive brought something here they've told me it wasn't packaged properly enough. The second time I brought it wrapped in kraft paper thinking that would solve any problems but of course it's not allowed to be weapped in kraft paper. Usps takes stuff wrapped in kraft paper, idk about the rest but ill find out soon enough cause I'm not using ups anymore. Easy shipping? No ups has to make it difficult, where im sure most ppl will just say "ok fine ill buy one of your boxes". If u gotta milk every dime out of your customers in order to stay relevant then just close

Sucked they charged me for using the computer for less than 5 min when it took the computer forever to even login to the internet and then I couldn't connect to my email ughhh horrible service!! The 2 ding bags at that location I will stick with the CANTON LOCATION or Livonia

I was disappointed I had to pay to email my free shipping label from Amazon so it could be printed. $2.
Amazon said this was Very unusual since they pay additional charges for this service.
They will notify administrators of this irregularity.

I've been getting documents notarized here for a few years. I walked in and was told I must make appointment first. There was nobody in the store and the 2 notaries were standing right there. Then the lady walks in the back to make smart comments about me asking why we can no longer walk in to get 1 document notarized. I guess they DON'T want our business. Just go elsewhere like the store in Canton or use remote notaries online.
