The customer service A1 I was having a difficult time with the box that I brought in and the box that was offered was just too much, the young lady packed it up so nicely for me I did take a few things out but it worked saved me money.

If I can give this place zero, I would. The female clerk is very Unhelpful and dismissive. I came in because packages were being delivered to my address wrongfully. She said there’s nothing they can do about that and refused to Take the packages back. Unacceptable.

Friendly staff but they were literally going to charge me $30 for something that was going to take two or three days to go up to mid-Michigan literally one piece of paper my job we actually use the UPS shippers and stuff to send our own stuff out and shipping out a document doesn't cost nowhere near as much somebody please check the store

Normally excellent service, but had a rude experience with one of the customer service representatives. Had a prepaid labels but just needed printed previously I will always go in the store and they will print the label no charge. The clerk refused , called me a liar and stated to say printing a labeled has always been a charge. I was just there a few weeks ago, regardless of a charge or not don’t call me a liar. Understand customers are not always right but my experience was. It’s unfortunate I live three minutes from this location I was forced to drive to canton for better service.
