LOL... came to give a bad review and seethey only have a 1.5 out 5 stars...Bunch of kids running the place. And "Cup Cakes" they don't understand people make reservations because they are on a time schedule. Sat waiting 40min+ in Line then it took the 1 person doing his job another 20min... oh I'm not done. Finally get my truck and it has a flat. Rather than get me another truck they pull this up to the garage and tell me they're going to take a look at it. By now by this time it's already been an 1hr and 1/2...Of course I'm pissed. Said something like what the f@&k. And miss Cup cake said well your not getting a truck...Kids and the retired. WORST SERVICE EVER !!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had a storage unit there for about a year and would rent trailers there regularly. Paige the "manager" is extremely rude and disrespectful. I brought their trailer back a day late and didn't think much of it thinking I would get charged for an extra day but she flagged my name in the system preventing me to rent trailers there without any warning. Wouldn't even let me speak to her about the situation threatening to call the police if I didn't leave. I have always been polite with her and the rest of the staff and never missed or made late payments. Another instance where they didn't have power and I needed my equipment to run my business. She had no solution, but instead was being extremely rude and said that no one would be allowed to enter the facility because of security concerns. The previous day when they didn't have power, the storage access doors were open to the public. Please save your energy and time and go to another u-haul who respects their customers.

Made an appointment to pick up a pick up Truck I get there no truck we're available and no one gave me a courtesy call. I had to Uber to a different location . They get a one star for lacking customer service

never write bad reviews but this one truly deserve it. Such a lousy customer service attitude experience by the owner name Miner. And you think who would provide better service than owner of the business. At 11pm when I tried returning the truck by using online process it took me an hour to do so. Because they wrote my name wrong on the contract. It was really frustrating. So next day I went back retrieve my phone charger I spoke to the owner Miner and shared my frustration. This lady with emotion less face said oh, people who took my reservation and person at counter made mistake. No apology or any kind of gesture from her. Nothing whatsoever. Way to go Ms. Minor

My trailer rental got cancelled the day before pickup by the corporate office. They said they no longer had the trailer. Offered no solutions or compensation. I then called the local rental spot and spoke with Paige who genuinely cared and took time to not only find me a trailer for my move but helped get me a discount on the truck due to my previous experience. This girl is amazing!!! Excellent service!

Terrible customer service. I have been here trying to pick up a truck for 45 minutes. Tried to do the mobile pickup process and the agents couldn't verify my info because they asked for a 3rd phone number after I already gave mine and my husband's. Why do they need a 3rd number? I had already tried to go inside and they said they couldn't help us until we completed the online process. Went through it again and they still couldn't verify and they told us to go inside. The owner had an attitude from the beginning. She told me to stop messaging the agent or they might get upset and cancel my reservation... are you kidding me? We have already been waiting way too long for something that should have taken 10 minutes! She then tells me I did it wrong because I put my name with the alternate phone number. Asked if we'd have it back before 3 because there's another reservation for that time, it's now 10:10 and we're supposed to have 6 hours but you want us to bring it back at 3 because your process sucks? She said we were late because we started the process at 9:30. We were late and I'd have no problem bringing it back at 3 but the process now has us much later than we were on our own and her attitude was absolutely ridiculous. I worked in customer service for over 10 years and I'd never speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. There's more than what I wrote but this is long enough already. Don't come here!
