Just bought a used Land Rover a couple of days ago and things could not have gone smoother...
No pressure or tactics (you know how salesman can be). Greg was very genuine in his efforts to help me and my wife, and proved to be a good guy as well.
Won't hesitate to use them in the future!

Dropped my Vehicle off at 7am for oil change and tire rotation. Bought into the upsales and informed the advisor i would be back around 3:30. Arrive at 3:20 get checked out and was told they were going to be pulling my vehicle up. After about an hour of waiting for my vehicle they informed me it was blocked in and would just be a minute. Another 30 minutes later they vehicle gets pulled up and i am informed they could not program my TPMS blaming the wheels and tires but the last service i had there nobody had a problem programming them. Sit there for another 45 minutes while they try and program them then they tell me the back 2 wheels wont program and i must have bad sensors. The sensors worked fine at 7am when i dropped the vehicle off now all of a sudden i have 2 bad sensors? Ended up leaving with my TPMS light on and the advisor said i would be contacted first thing. This service has left a sour taste in my mouth and will seek service elsewhere.

Todd Weasel .. THEE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER TO EXIST!!
It’s been 7+ years since they RIPPED ME OFF selling me a legit LEMON & leaving me with a $14,597 tab that still exists on my credit to this day!! The only thing on my credit!!!
Never fixed the problem. Basically finessed me out of $6,000 in a calendar months time! Mind u I put $2,500 down and a week later I was back trying to get vehicle fixed for another $3,500 .. A WEEK LATER!!
Awful business was done and they did nothing to make it right or accommodate me!!
Looking for a vehicle today and saw they had a few nice ones I’d like • but would I be treated the exact same is the hold up!!
I’m upset every time I see that debt and it’s stopped me from attaining SO MUCH!!
YES IM STILL MAD AND YES I STILL WANT TO BE COMPENSATED I. SOME WAY, SHAPE or FORM!!

I brought my car in for the same warranty issue that I had already had it in for twice, including once only 6 weeks before. Due to this, I was told I would have a loaner waiting for me when I dropped my car off. I was give a 7am appointment Monday morning, which would have given me plenty of time to get the loaner and make it to work. Unfortunately when I got there I was told that they "don't really do" 7am appointments, not sure why I was given one then, and that the person who does loaners didn't get in until 9. Ok, I will go home and wait until 9. I don't hear from the advisor so I call at about 12:30. I'm then told that they don't give loaners until after the diagnostic is complete, and that the technician is now at lunch, so they will call me when he returns. I finally heard back from the advisor at 3pm and lo and behold, they will need to give me a loaner. At this point, the advisor tells me nothing about the diagnostics, just to come get a loaner. When I went in to pick the loaner up, I asked the advisor what they needed to do to my car and when I asked some clarifying questions she spoke to me like I was a huge burden. She also gave me no additional information about the timeline of the repair or anything else. I chatted with the Service Manager before leaving and explained this situation. He said it sounded like there had been a lot of miscommunication from his team to me (they never should have scheduled a 7am appointment or promised me a rental, the advisor should always explain what will be done and give a timeline, etc). The manager promised that he would personally call me by Thursday to give me an update on the progress and that he would sit down with me once I came to get my car again to figure out how to make it right for me. Thursday comes and I finally get a call from the dealership at about 2. Unfortunately, it's just the rude advisor telling me my car is ready. She offers no more information, I have to ask her what they've done, and how late they are there since I'm at work and won't be able to drop everything to go right that moment. When I get to the dealership later, the advisor has left the paperwork with the person who I need to drop the loaner car with and gone home and the service manager is nowhere to be found. I was unable to get any information about what had been done and if I need to watch out for anything specific in case this THIRD fix of the same problem doesn't work. Additionally, even though I told the manager I didn't need any compensation for the trouble, it would have been nice if he had kept at least one of the promises that a. he would be the one that personally called me and b. he would be there when I picked up my car. Needless to say, despite this being the closest Buick/GMC dealer to my house, I don't ever plan to deal with Todd Wenzel again in any capacity.

I had to change my initial review after giving this business a five star review. Unfortunately I cannot give them a negative five star review. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and after two weeks the front left speaker stopped working. As of now the right speaker is distorted as well. I reached out to the company only to find out that the speaker is on back order indefinitely.
So after waiting a month and a half with no update I reached out to GM and opened a case concerning this matter. They assigned it to an individual, then it was assigned to someone else, then it was assigned to someone else lol. The last two reps I spoke to stated they would look into me getting a certificate of deposit so I can use that to get another vehicle. A whole month later still no word about the certificate I was told to contact the customer retention manager named Chris Johnson.
After multiple emails and a few calls he finally got back in contact with me a few weeks ago. He stated he would look into the matter and get back in contact with me and check on the certificate. Here it is three weeks later and he has not got back in touch with me. At this point I sent an email last week stating if I do not hear from someone I will be filing a lemon law claim with the State of Michigan and I still have not received any response from the manager. I offered solutions early on and this issue could have been resolved.
After during research online there appears to be an issue with the speaker system in this vehicle. Even a salesperson told me his family member purchased an Envista and his speaker went out as well. He has been waiting over three months for a speaker.
This dealership is terrible I’m not an unreasonable person but I do believe in if you say you are going to contact a person back. You contact them even if it’s to say I have not come up with anything. But to totally ghost a customer that is not good. I do not recommend going to this dealership.

Brought our 2023 Tahoe premier in for oil change in clean condition, and when I got into the vehicle after the oil change there were oily grease hand prints on the door, steering wheel, center arm rest, transmission buttons, and seat. The interior is a light brown and I’m fortunate there weren’t permanent stains. I asked for cleaner and a towel and wiped it down myself. I have had my vehicles serviced at Serra GMC in Washington and they take pride in their service never returning a vehicle dirty from their mechanics. I left a voicemail and spoke with a manager however never received a callback. I will never go back.

Terrible Experience. Booked a fluid service for my truck through Todd Wenzel's website. When I left the truck at the dealership they quoted me almost $300 more for the repairs then what the website listed. When I pointed out the mistake they blamed a computer glitch and corrected the price of repairs. Then after they started repairs on my truck I was informed the initial quote was wrong and I had to pay more for the service then what I had agreed to. Only visit Todd Wenzel if you plan on paying a few hundred dollars more for the repairs than what they quote you.

I stopped in without an appointment as my vehicle has just informed me to check oil soon. I was in the area and thought I would stop by and make an appointment. The service agent Jacob said they could take care of my car now and it would take about an hour. I was so happy to get this taken care of now. I had an issue with my washer fluid and Jacob too care of that also for me. After my car was serviced he explained what was done and my car was good til the next time. Very pleased.
