“They're a bit pricey, but they know what they're doing. Other sites are expensive too, and they do rubbish. Abe and Ali amazing service, they explain everything in detail, they show you the part to be change, they look for ways to benefit both parties in terms of labor and price. As a female this places sometimes makes me feel overwhelmed, not this place. Definitely would and will recommend this place.”
“Hello, Khalil is amazing. He knows the work very well. I love the part where he explained the work. He is very patient and understanding.
I came to him 3 different times to work on my cars. Not only he solved the issue, he also mentioned about the warranty. On my Honda Odyssey he changes the Spark plugs and Breaks. On my other car he changed the back Drum and breaks.

“Been coming for over 2 years now. I usually work on my own stuff, but not having a lift, limited modern tools, age, and sometimes its just worth the money to have someone else do it. The latter I like the most based on the extra attention to vehicles brought in and potential issues that a second set of eyes can bring. Either I'll tackle myself, or they'll set up a new appt. Modern shop with old school feel. Not too many around with personable folks, either!!”
“I would have given a higher Overall score had I received the promised call. Firestone called me to say the car was amost ready. They just needed about a half hour to complete getting the car ready. They said they would call when the car was ready. I never did receive the call. After about 70 minutes, I called to ask the status and they told me it was ready. It seemed that they had just forgotten about calling me.For the score about recommendation, I would not make any recommendation at all unless asked. If someone did ask me to recommend a car service station, I would recommend firestone, especially if it was about tires. I had a very good experience with tire service at Firestone on my other car.”
