Workers very disrespectful, gave us brown flowers, and then added that it’s their last day working here and then proceeded to tell us to get out of here and asked us where the brown was at on the flowers but she told us she picked one off, if ur a florist you would know ur job.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my Grandmother’s Birthday and I must say the customer service and attentiveness to detail is impeccable!! The delivery time was top tier!!

Ordered flowers for my 33 year old son which passed suddenly in his sleep. My sin liked nightmare before Christmas. We did that theme. Ordered and paid for the flowers. A few hours later they called to tell me they quoted the wrong price. It would be 55.00 more dollars.
Their mistake. Thrifty would not pick up any of that cost. I agreed to pay the extra. Then they said they could not do the flowers the way I wanted. Tweaked the order. Ended up being charged 63.00 instead of 55.00. Delivery by 1 pm on Saturday June 22nd.
Got to funeral home and no flowers. Funeral home called them they marked them wrong. Delivery company on there way. Flowers did not arrive until 220 pm. Not only over an hour late but the last of the flowers to be delivered to our service.
On Monday morning I went to florist to complain. What they did was refund my delivery charge. After a few words back and forth the girl called corporate. Gave me additonial 20.00 off. Too little for all the hassle I went through. Thrifty used to do great. Now not so much. Needless to say I will not order there again.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting your location in Westland MI, store 123. It was my first time at a Thrifty Florist. One of my coworkers and direct supervisor had mentioned TF before in conversation. I had never paid attention even though I drove by often. Today I was in need of flowers and decided it would be a great day to check out the shop. Brie and Lynn were amazing!! They were helpful, friendly and listened to my flower stories and horrors from events past at other places. They did an excellent job at securing a repeat customer. It has to be hard in the profession as you never know what emotion your customers are feeling, as they could be shopping for a happy occasion or a sad one. They definitely showed I could rely on TF to deliver for any occasion. The flowers were fresh, and better looking than the ones I get from where I have been going. The price was affordable and not gouged due to graduation season. The selection varied and items on the website were available in the store. All around just a great visit. With a wife, daughter, two mothers and a grandmother TF will see me again!!

I ordered a Scottish floral arrangement for my father's Memorial Service. I worked with the florist, LYNN, for quite some time telling her what flowers I would suggest. Then she made some suggestions. Lynn spent a good amount of time with me.
When I picked up the bouquet, tears welled in my eyes. I couldn't believe how incredibly beautiful the arrangement was. It smelled Heavenly. Many compliments on the arrangement. It was truly unique.
No other Florist co was willing to work with me to make it Scottish.
This arrangement was: Unique, Stunning, and exceeded my expectations.

I placed an orders for same day delivery for my mother’s anniversary. Our father is deceased and this is a tough day for her, so we try to do something special like this. The company calls me and tells me all their drivers are gone and they can’t deliver my order. They offered to deliver it two days later or cancel the order. No offer for a discount or even an apology. I told them I’d come pick them up. I get there and the employees who work there don’t even have the order. The employees were kind and worked quickly, but again no acknowledgment or offer for a future discount or anything additional to the order to make up for any inconvenience. Awful corporate structure.
