Purchased xfinity prepaid internet that I realized I couldn’t use because it comes with cable cord unlike other phone networks’ WiFi plans. Requested a refund and equipment was not used or touched an hour after buying the item. Guy told me they would not refund me so I spent $95 for nothing. What a joke.ALSO, false advertising. They say that the xfinity WiFi is $45 on the door but try to charge me $125 for the equipment, activation fee AND service?

Got ripped off twice. First time I bought a phone and was supposed to get free service for a year second time not Soo honest Abe sold me 2 phones and added me to someone else's family plan. I will be contacting the BBB!

Don’t buy anything From these scam artists! Bought an iPhoneX for my sons bday 3 days ago, and the “owner” Jamal sold a case for the phone that doesn’t fit, even though he said it would fit. So since it didn’t fit the phone my son had to take the case off and dropped it and broke it. And I was told if I wasn’t happy with my purchase I could return it within 7 days. So I bring the phone back 3 days later and these con artists tell me there is nothing they can do and won’t even refund my money for the wrong case he sold me! Go somewhere else this place is dishonest and will steal your money.
