Don't go here. Very poor customer service. Very rudimentary experience. I had to walk the guy through how to cut cuticles....TWICE.. on both feet... with severally toes. Icaught him just moving the clippers around the cuticles instead of actually clipping them. When I asked for help from other employees they half heartedly did so. I don't want to go anywhere where I have to watch them to get dinner what I paid for. I just want to relax and they'll do the service right.

Nails done poorly, they clearly hate their jobs and rush through a set. Don’t go in around evening time because it’s way worse, they just want to rush out and go home.

The first time I got my nails done here was great, by the time I needed a fill in my nails were nearly falling off due to the poor products used to do my nails. I came in and explained that I got my nails here done last time and I just wanted to fill in and then the girl clipped off half my nails with a tool and demanded I pay for a full set. Business tactic to make your customer pay more for a service. very poor customer service I had to leave with nails that were grown down becayse they clipped them off. Worst experience in my 15 years of getting my nails done I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to come here.

It was a Horrible terrible experience I asked the man to put rhinestones on using the acrylic..I also had my elderly mom with me..to get a manicure. When this MAN STARTED SCREAMING at me saying... YOU TELL ME HOW TO DO!! I KNOW HOW TO DO!! YOU SHUT UP !! I was horrified and scared and my mom was also scared I've never had a male nail tech SCREAM at me. Never come here to this shop...they are horrible people who scream and disrespect customers. Go only if you like to be DISRESPECTED as a person of color. I believe they are totally racist. THEY ACTUAL HATE BLACK WOMEN. Then because of the argument they gauged the prices up and made me pay $190 for a manicure,fill in and toe polish change

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! You walk in, tell them what you want, they say ok, then leave you sitting for 30+ minutes without so much as a “be right with you” or “sorry for the wait”. My nails were done poorly and rushed so the acrylic is very thick on some nails two days after getting them done they started lifting. The third day every thing I did my nail would lift more and more so I call and asked if they could fix it they said I could come up there to get them fixed but when I went they asked to see my nails I showed them they said it was my nail and never fix my nails just argued with me about how I was wrong because I’m a teenager to but today the same nail I told them was my main worry broke completely off my nail like it was a glue on set from the dollar storeServices: Acrylic nails

Terrible customer service! They are extremely rude. They used old, dry nail polish. It chipped off after drying for 1 hour. Went back to get it fixed, the women yelled that it was our fault and we should’ve let it dry longer because it was a sparkly color and it should dry for more than an hour. She said solid colors dry faster and we should’ve picked that. Redid the nails with nail polish we brought from home, and then had the nerve to say it would be an extra $10! After the service was already paid for AND tipped on top of that! An extra $10 because they used cheap stuff that chips easily. Do NOT waste your money here. They are rude, inconsiderate, and give mediocre service at best.Services: Manicure
