I just went there, parked and had to walk around to the door to find an old note saying that they were closed until further notice. Why the heck can't they put a big note saying that on the side of the building where you park so that you don't have to hobble all the way to the door, over a cracked and broken parking lot, or at least say on their site that they're closed! Just inconsiderate!

Sunrise is a great medical equipment store with wonderful staff and excellent prices. I was in need of some rehab equipment and I was able to find exactly what I needed. The staff was helpful in recommending certain items and at very reasonable prices. I would suggest going to visit them instead of buying online as they can really customize the products for your needs. Overall, a great experience and I would return if I needed any more medical devices/equipment.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind! Customer service was excellent - made my shopping experience easy. Sunrise went above and beyond to make sure I got the supplies I needed. I'd definitely recommend Sunrise Medical Equipment.

Great knowledgeable staff. I. Purchased 2 walkers. 1 standard 2 wheel and one rolls for. To replace a bariatric past down to me, I was in shipped and out in 30 minutes. Help place them in my vehicle, and adjusted the height. Yes you can purchase cheaper on line, but personal customer service for the price difference and no wait. I highly recommend Sunrise Medical Equipment.

Caring for a loved one with Dementia has been quite a challenge. My sister told me about sunrise last year when I needed some equipment. Recently I inquired about a mobility aid & the professional young lady who answered the phone was able to provide me with the information I needed. I was able to pick up a chair that same day. We will not hesitate to use Sunrise for future products.

Recently I needed a new shower chair and diapers for my grandma. I was looking for a place near by, where I could go in person and look around for different styles they have. I found Sunrise Medical Equipment through their Instagram and Facebook pages and saw they have a really nice display and selection set up for couple of the things I needed. They even have a mock bathroom set up which was really cool, so I could see how the shower chair would sit in the bathtub. I decided to give them a try despite the below review because of their favorable google reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful and knowledgeable the staff was over the phone and instore at the time of my purchase. I was easily able to make the purchase in store but they also offered delivery free of charge! I highly recommend Sunrise Medical Equipment for your medical needs.... will definitely come back again!

Called here last night and the young lady I spoke with said they had what I needed. She asked what my insurance was and after telling her she said to come in and they would verify it and be able to help me! I went in today, 1/10/2018. I gave them my Medicare card along with my complimentary insurance card which is AARP. The salesman came back stating I hadn't satisfied my Medicare deductible for this year. I tried to explain to him that my AARP covered my deductible but he insisted it did not and that if I wanted to get my splint from them I would have to pay $160.00!! I left shaking my head!! I called AARP and they said of course they do indeed cover my deductible and that I should have this company call them. Obviously they never called AARP or they would have been told they would get paid. I called them back with this knowledge only to be told my complimentary insurance would only cover 20%! Who ever owns this place should educate the employees or you are going to loose a lot of business!! I personally will take my business elsewhere! If I could give them no stars I would!!
