So Today for the last and final time because I will definitely not Return here again the sales clerk Named Jake who usually is pretty nice and kind but today when I tried again to load my fuel card so I can get the discount and speedway rewards again they tell after 8 pm they will. Load and cards not just gift cards and I informed him of the location on Newburgh allowing only gas cards just not any others cards after 8pm and the clerk there telling me that they are just being lazy not wanting to do the extra work which I have ran gas station it’s just one extra transaction but any way made me inconveniently again with my 1 year old drive to another location because Jake and his co worker refused to reload my fuel card so I can get my gas not only made me feel like a crook a scammer who is trying defraud speedway he also taunts me as walked away silently he screams out “ go ahead call corporate my district managers name is Travis like basically showing me that he didn’t care at all and wanted me to have a horrible experience just because I said there information is incorrect and they should load my gas card and that I’m not getting no pre-paid gift card just reloading my gas card and using it as usual I’m a regular here but instead made me like a I’m some sort of thief or crook this is very unprofessional, I understand there’s a fraud issue I’ve ran stores and eliminated the issue because it’s not hard to spot a credit card scam if you do YOUR JOB CORRECTLY ….. here’s a tip you ask for the card and Identification , if the name matches swipe but keep id and card until the recipient is printed and on the receipt match the last four numbers of the credit off the receipt to match the card if it doesn’t match it’s a fraudulent card, literally that simple then call police since you have there identification and credit card already so you be in control but that’s just one way I’m sure there are more either way what there doing now refusing people is horrible customer service at least to be cocky about it but that’s just my opinion. If speedway likes losing business keep letting your franchisees run there business like this gonna ruin the Speedway name and reputation.
I hope no one else goes there and experiences this, sadly I’m sure there is and will be more unsatisfied customers because of this non sense.
Lastly thank you yo employees at the cherry hill and Newburgh location for not being like this and always taking care of business with passion and a smile, the other location needs there staff retrained by the location on Newburgh it could really help fix there work ethic.
Thank you Jake for taunting me and I hope Travis will be happy with you throwing his name out there affiliating it with your bad customer service .

Most times the cashier is nice, some have attitudes or unfriendly. We go here at least twice a day. My HUGE COMPLAINT here is the fact that in the past 3 days TWICE they refused to allow me to purchase my items because I had a $50 bill! My purchase total was $23, so BOTH TIMES they said they had no change for my $50. Tonight the guy also said he CANT use my 50 because he’s already taken $100 bills a couple times tonight. You’re telling me that they can’t manage the $27 in change? But allow some other people to use $100? This to me is completely IGNORANT as a business owner!! Isn’t your goal to GET MONEY AND NOT LOSE BUSINESS? So both times 7 Eleven got my $50 in business. Whoever’s MANAGING THIS STORE HAS HORRIBLE MANAGERIAL SKILLS lol. Provide your damn cashier with change OR stop allowing people to break $100s so the normal customer with a $20 or $50 gets your business. I can’t believe a company as big as SPEEDWAY sends a customer away because they can’t provide $27-28 dollars in change. It’s not like I was only spending $3 from the $50!

Don't try to load a gas card after 11 pm Got told tonight at 11:25 pm I can't do anything till after 5 am and there's a note on the door Btw no note on the door Dont go to speedway if you want gas!!!!

It is always good. I like their shakes. I was. Disappointed that they didn't have Oreo shakes. I love them. I got chocolate. It was ok. I buy the Newspaper there. Too.

C'mon Speedway, I just spent 72 dollars to fill up my gas tank and I went to clean my windshield and the wash reservoir is completely dry and the squeegee thing is missing?? And not just at my pump, but all of the reservoirs were bone dry. I tell the inside staff about it and I get a blank stare back from the employee. DO BETTER.

I can not say I'm happy with this one. Floor is always sticky. Slushy machine is always down your lucky to get more than 3 flavors. Tried over several months. Half the employees have attitude issues. Will no longer unless for gas and probably not then either.
