Fast service! My car needed to be towed and it didn't take long at all before they came out. Not only did they help me out, but also looked at the engine to try to give me an idea of what the issue was and what the shop I was taking it to would need to do for me. Very professional and helpful.

My girlfriend's car was told from her job she was going to allow them to do work on her car but she thought it had a recall so she just had them hold off on the work and then when she decided to get the work done for short they told her it was just best that she come and get her car I tried to speak to the man and tell him that we wanted him to go ahead and do the work and he replied the car needed a battery and I replied the car didn't need a battery the battery was just slow from sitting for a long time and that's when he got rude with me and said it's best you come and get the car. No matter the situation with times being hard as they are they should have understood what was going on especially after we paid for the tow but in spite of all there was one worker name Gary who was very nice and respectful thumbs up to that guy The other guy that was there I don't know if it was his brother but he was the rude one

I've been going here for oil changes for the past 10 years and I always have a good experience. They are always able to schedule me an appt that works with my schedule and do a good, quick job. Customer service is great and they are very knowledgeable on what needs to be done. If there is anything they are unable to do they will let me know up front and give a suggestion on where else I can look for something to be handled. Would highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Arrogant and rude. Called him on Monday to come and pick up two trailers and he said he'll come that day to get them. He did not. Called again on Tuesday he put me on hold for 15 minutes and promise to come "today or tomorrow". Called him Wednesday he's telling me that they're not worth anything so they're not going to come at all. Why are you wasting my time for 3 days instead of telling me immediately that you don't want them? Some business owner! ??♂️?

I'm going to try and keep this short but I had my car towed and repaired here a couple weeks ago unfortunately there was a new tow operator who made a small mistake causing another part on my car to break, BUT when it was brought to light Corey and I forget the other guys name (I'm sorry!) corrected it. Fixed my vehicle free of charge and provided me w a loaner car again- free of charge. Brought the car to me and gave me a ride back to my car after dropping the loaner off. As a working single mom this meant so much to me. The honesty and integrity they showed will bring me back next time I need a mechanic/work done. I had my car towed to them with what turned out to be an electrical problem. $601 later, I got my car back, but less than a week later the same exact thing happened. They say it's not their fault, they won't stand behind their repair, so I'm having my car towed to a different shop.

I had my car towed to them about a month ago, it took them several days before they even checked it out. $601 later I had my car back, but the exact same problem occurred three or four days later. They refuse to stand by their repair, so I'm having my car towed someplace else.

I have a 2017 Lincoln MKZ 2.0L Ecoboost. It was giving a diagnostic code indicating an Evap Canister purge fault. I purchased the Motorcraft part (EVAP Purge harness), but decided I did not want to attempt the replacement without a hoist. I took it to Sparks to have it installed. They were very friendly and quoted a fair price to install it. Not every shop will install a customer-supplied part. The service was done quickly. I will be returning for any future repairs that I do not wish to do myself.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to get engine replacement, and my warranty covered the expense. Unfortunately my car sat for a month due to the warranty not being approved, but once approved they had my car fixed in 5days with a impeccable engine, key key fab battery, and car wash!
