Great experience bringing my dog Angel in for grooming with Aaron. From the first phone call, Aaron was kind and patient with an anxious dog mama and her fur baby. Angel does not love grooming, but she was her happy self when I picked her up. Aaron did a great job with her groom and nail trim and did exactly what we discussed. Angel’s fur has never looked or felt better. So happy to find such a careful and caring groomer.

Great dog ? groomkng service. They took the time to take care of my dog and not just shave him down.Oliver was happy to be at this groomer and the groomer was super helpful and friendly.

I brought two of my senior babies here, I expressed to them that one of them has really bad anxiety when you get close to her face to clean it, she also has a few of those pink old dog bumps across her back. I expressed I wanted to know I was taking them somewhere where they would be handled with care considering their age. One of my babies came back bleeding from her neck, which I initially thought was from one of the bumps on her, but after looking further it appears she was cut with the clippers :( idk if I’ll be back, while they looked really cute, I can’t overlook this.

This was my dog's first time here. She looks beautiful. Heidi did a wonderful job. It's obvious that she loves animals and treats them so kindly. Prices are great, and I'll definitely be coming back again. I highly a recommend smooches for pooches.

My Bailey and Huey have gone to Smooches for the past 6 years . The staff is amazing. I have never had any doubts about taking my dogs there. My dogs love being pamper and prance around like the King and Queen they are when they get home. I would highly recommend Smooches for Pooches

They are always very accommodating and very nice to my two boxers. I call them and run my dogs up and they always find time to take them and clip and file down their nails.

Brought my dog here to be groomed, a day later she had a horrible rash, and was very tired, wouldn't eat or drink. Took her to vet, the vet said she had a fever and vet did a test on her rash and said it was a bacterial infection from grooming products, this is only place I took my dog! Do not go here! Or if you do and your dog breaks out you know where it is from! The groom cost me $75 only to have my dog shaved down 2 days later, vet bills cost me $700! Owner was not even apologetic! Said they use brand new stuff every time! which I find very hard to believe that every single dog that gets a bath gets their own personal brand new bottle of products owner was extremely rude!

Took our dog here several times for grooming. Three months ago (April) , she broke out with a rash. We thought it might be a reaction to a vaccine she had. Then took her again for her next groom in June. She was lethargic and broke out again the next day. We took her to the vet, the vet ran a culture on the open and oozing sores. The vet suspected it was a skin infection caused by bacteria in the grooming products. I waited until the culture came back to confirm diagnosis, the culture indeed came back with the diagnosis of contaminated grooming products with a bacteria. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is what it was called. I went to talk to the groomer (owner) , she denied that it could be from her products, I explained that this is the 2nd time that my dog had this issue, and we finally figured out the connection. She was not willing to rectify anything, nor apologize. she totally denied it was from her business! We will not be back!

Great experience. The employees are really gentle with all the animals. My cat had a lot of matted fur. They did a great job getting the mats out.
