I did like the women working there and she was helpful. What I was told is that you cannot return scrubs if they are worn. I was/am confused because we reuse scrubs at the hospital in the machine, but if I don’t like the scrubs I have to eat 80-100 bucks? Well I will go to the store to try them on and purchase on Amazon. They allow returns.

The lady who was working the front desk had such an attitude for absolutely no reason. Even if I did like some of the pants I tried on, I wouldn’t purchase them at this store, simply due to the workers poor attitude. I’ll buy off Amazon and return things I don’t like. No thanks!

I was blown away with the customer service from Gennesis! This was my first experience with Scrubs and Beyond, I had a voucher from my employer. Gennesis walked me around the store and explained the differences between brands, asked my sizes, gave recommendations, set up the fitting room, and then brought me MORE options while I was trying on the first options just in case! I left the fitting room, and left my wallet and phone. She immediately told me. She rang me out, explained the return policy and said she looked forward to seeing me again, and wished me luck on my new job. Seriously seemed so genuine. Oh, and balanced another customer at the same time. Thank you Gennesis!

I had a great experience at scrubs and beyond. Donna and Kima were very helpful. Their energy and positive personalities were outstanding. I will definitely come back. Best customer service ever. I will be recommending this store to others.

Basically no selection for men. Way better off ordering online instead of fighting traffic to get over here to find there’s nothing on hand.

Literally NEVER open. And this the closest one to Wayne county besides ANN ARBOR. Don’t put that you open at 11 on your door IF YOURE NOT OPEN.

TERRIBLE customer service. Went to return/exchange, was treated rudely and the cashier was not helpful. This store has turned into trash followed by ignorant and trashy employees. Will NEVER stop here again.
