Rude and tells you one price over the phone but when you get there charges you a whole different price, my nails and toes were supposed to be 82$ I get there and he charged me 100$ and he didnt event put the right polish on my toes my nails were supposed to be 55$ and he charged me 65$ because I wanted more white on my pink and white French tip. Don’t go here place is a scam and very rude.

Take my daughter to get her nails done waiting for 25 minutes and one of the older lady that work there didn’t want help is because we was black and the messed up thing a white woman come in and take her and my daughter ask why she didn’t want to wait on me that was very rude had to explain to my daughter there is still ignorant people in the world beware of racism there

HUGE language barrier between the nail tech and I! I asked for coffin shape, he gave me square. I had two nails lifting when I went in for my fill. He just the applied the new acrylic right over top without fixing the issue. I kept mentioning it to him, he just said “ok” and kept working. I asked for my cuticles to be taken care of. He said “ok” and never touched them. Not to mention he spent more time texting than actually doing my nails. I have the same two nails lifting barely a week later. I don’t know his name because every time I asked for it he just said “ok”. All I know is he’s one of the older gentlemen there, and his station is about half way down.The only reason I gave 3 ⭐️’s is because the younger gentleman who works at the station next to him actually does a good job, but seems busy lately.

I went to the same guy 3-4 times before he made me super uncomfortable during my last appointment. Relentlessly flirting with me and using s*xual innuendos. For real creepy. I tried to shut him down nicely but he kept going. Just a warning for all of you ladies his instagram is rot.nails96. Other than him, the other employees are nice, they just don't do a good job at all. My pedicure was all over my cuticles.

I been going to this shop for years. They are clean and professional and my favorite nail tech is always available to take me when I come in. As long as I live in the area this is where I'll be getting my nails done!

I haven’t visited this nail salon in over a month. But sad to say my dip nails started to chip within a week. . And I have to go to a dermatologist for a possible nail infection. I won’t visit this nail salon again.

Definitely happy I went back after a miscommunication.. I was having a hard time explaining what I wanted so I regrettably went somewhere else next time. I went back and needed a bit of work so I really had to be specific about what I wanted and after we talked about it I got exactly what I was going for and loved it.. I would definitely recommend royal people nails.

Very Very poor job!!!! $246 later and completely disappointed. Will not be returning. The older gentleman had a bad attitude! And the other guy with the black hair smudged my nails and did a poor job covering it up! Will not be returning!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!

The young guy who did my nails clearly doesn't want to do this type of work! He jabbed me at least 4 times, and the kicker is I didn't notice until the next day that he completely totally didn't put a stitch of shellac or polish on one of my toe nails! I was too busy quincing from the pain. I took my granddaughter out for her first experience at the nail shop, and I can say for sure, I won't be back to this establishment!

I should of known this place would su$@ when they was completely empty at 3pm. And they stayed empty our entire visit. My daughter and granddaughter came with me so they can get their nails done as well for my 51st Birthday. The guy (Rot) doing our nails ($50) burned me with the drill. I Pulled back in pain and he looked annoyed. I responded, "You burnt me". he said "you ok"?, not I'm sorry. And after agreeing on the length of my nails, he cut off even more. When I complained he said , " you said short ", I said yeah the length it was before you started cutting more.Then when I got my feet done $25, they cut my cuticles too deep. My daughter paid cash for her nails $50 and credit for my granddaughters $15. At 4am, she got a second notification from her credit card of another withdrawal from this company for another $32 . They Double dipped. This was the worse place i ever been to. My nails are ugly and my toes hurt . They Ruined my birthday . They got 1 star just so I could post. I hope this post help save people from having to experience the same disappointment i have.
