My turbo had went out on me in my 2019 Trax and I had been looking for a week for a place to fix it and everywhere wanted $2,500-$3,000! And I just knew somebody was out there that could do the job for half the price and I reached out to Redford Auto Repair and Nate told me to ask for Sam (He is at the Westland location, I didn’t even know they had so many!) So, I went in the next morning, they did a diagnostic to make sure that’s what it was and it was $1,800 for a brand new turbo and install! It took about half the day to do since I brought it in at 9:00am, but it was done by 5:00pm because it was a longer job, but I got it back THE SAME DAY (most places keep your car for days or even weeks smh!) I was BEYOND RELIEVED and now my car feels brand new! Thank you so much Nate & Sam!

I had some issues with my alignment and customer service at first but these got resolved by talking with the owner. The work has been consistently good for the years I've been taking my car to them. No place will be perfect but at least they are willing to hear you out and resolve issues in a fair way. I respect that.

The sign says FREE air inspection. I stopped in to get mine checked. The guy wanted to charge me $120. I refused. Then he cut it down to $45. That is false advertising because it is not free.

Excellent service! Car is running great! Redford Auto Repair helped me out on my ignition problem, I deeply appreciate it! Previously been turned away from other repair shops, did not know how to fix my car. I was worried I would have to take it to dealership. Redford Auto Repair came through! Thank you so much!

I was a walk in, I explained to Sam what was going on with my car. I had previousl work done on the car from Belle Tire but the car wasn't still operating right. Anyway Sam solved the problem and saved me from having to but unnecessary money into the car. I'm glad I stopped at The Good Year shop in Westland! I'll be back with my other vehicles.
