I've been a wheelchair user for 12 years now and Quality Home Medical Equipment is the only company that I've had. They go above and beyond and will help you at all hours! I was at a family funeral, not near my home or office, and they came to the funeral to fix my chair! Who does that!?!??! Quality Home Medical does! I would recommend them 100%, great staff, great people and people who care!!

I have worked with Quality for 3 years as an occupational therapist at different companies. They are by far the best DME supplier in this region. They truly care about their patients, and are so knowledgable and professional. I love collaborating with them, especially their ATPs (assistive technology professionals), to come up with the best solution for my patients. Cannot recommend highly enough.

my wife was sick for 4-1/2 years. I have dealt with multiple medical companies. Quality Medical is in a class by itself, from the CEO down, everyone has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. 5 stars are not enough. I am very very thankful to everyone there.

Retired rehab professional here - QHM *** is without equal in the metro Detroit medical equipment business - that is, their service is better, their staff are prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable, besides being very polite/friendly. I don't recommend anyone else -because these guys are the best. I know this from many years dealing with multiple DME vendors in a rehab hospital.

The best products, service & interaction that I've ever had with a Home Medical Equipment Company. They have 24\7 contact for emergency needs & respond the next business day if you leave a message in their voice mail system. Their customer service has surpassed any other company I've worked with & I highly refer them to all my doctors, therapist & friends.
