I didn’t know there was a pet store close to me. it give the sure meaning of (if it was a snake it would have bite me). They had what I needed thank you.

Darlene the manager provided exceptional customer service. She was kind and patient and worked with me to figure out a coupon. She did not get frustrated when the situation presented itself.
