Tried to visit on August 2. No answer on the phone and no notice on the website. No different voicemail indicating they are closed. This was very unfortunate since I was travelling through Detroit and remember RIFTS as a kid, and I’m unlikely to be back around here again.

Mishandled money from their first Kickstarter. During the kickstarter funding period, they kept hyping up the campaign for items that could never be delivered. Promised cash refund if not fulfilled. Lied. Only gave "store merchandise" for credit. Then started two more kickstarters. This company keeps denying refunds even though they are due to their original kickstarter.

Do not give this company a dime. They are either horribly incompetent or outright thieves. I don't know which is worse... I backed a project on Kickstarter for them and they delivered half of my order- a year late. Then they drug their feet another 2 years before giving up and "Allowing me the opportunity" to take replacement items for the half that I did not get at LESS VALUE than what I was owed plus I had to pay for shipping on these items... that I had already paid shipping on. To make matters worse, the day after I paid for the shipping, they REDUCED THE PRICE OF THE ITEMS THAT I JUST GOT. I saw that coming but it doesn't make it right. These guys will promise the world but will not hesitate to rip you off and then tell you to your face that you are in the wrong for calling them out on it.
